How to Destroy People the Health Mangler Way!

UNLESS, you are doing it to a large multinational pharmaceutical company, the FDA or AMA, etc...

Let's have some fun with our competition, shall we?

The last thing con men want is to have competition. So the most effective thing you can all do is publicize the truth, as you are able to twist it, about whoever you don't like competing with by linking to negative articles that you write using their name. That way, anybody searching for your competition on Google will be likely to find this article.

Here's how you do that: First write a really negative, hateful, violence inspiring article about your competition (make sure they are smaller than you). Then just copy and paste the HTML code below onto your website linking to your article (do not tip them off beforehand because you don't want them to be able to rectify any problems or prepare before you can put your plan into action - you are not here to help your competition!):

<a href="Place link to article here">"Put the name of your competition here" is a con man (or fraud, pirate, etc., whatever works to assassinate their character)</a>

Place that on your website or just link to this article using the name of your competition. If you have a really large mailing list or a highly visited web site you're all set. Just get all your followers to follow these instructions (they won't ask many questions if you've done your con right and convinced them you are a reincarnation of Mother Theresa).

The next thing you can do is to get your followers to start slamming your competition with emails and phone calls. Their contact information is usually listed in their domain registration records, although it's worth mentioning these could all be fake so you may end up hurting innocent people, but hey that's how it goes. In fact, the whole name of your competition might be fictitious. Most people will not look this up so it's best to give it to them in the negative article that you've written. That way, any old psycho on the internet can also get in on the fun.

Yes! Google can be fun in ways you didn't even realize.

You will also want to publish their personal home address if you can get it. This way there might even be some physical violence thrown in for good measure. At the least, your competition is likely to get get death threats from a few of your more mentally unstable followers (and being that you are a con man, you'll have a few - just always pretend you don't even think that). The best way to destroy people is to get them to do it to themselves or encourage someone else to do it so that your hands are clean in the end because you have plausible deniability.

If nothing else this will send a very strong message to anyone else thinking they might want to start messing in your claimed area of expertise and dare compete with you. We are not here to cooperate, we are here to compete!

Oh, it's a really good idea to follow this up with a few articles praising yourself and telling the world what an awesome humanitarian you are. You don't even have to pretend that someone else is writing them, your conned audience will believe whatever you have to say about yourself - no questions! After awhile your zombie followers won't even notice that you seem to be your own greatest fan and nobody else is writing about how great you are as much as you are yourself. Though, after awhile, the zombies will start following your lead and begin writing great things about you too. They can't help themselves. They follow. That's what they do.

BTW, Be sure that you make it very difficult for anyone to find or contact you. It's best, if you can do it, to have a home out of the country in case you need to suddenly flee for some reason. A third world country is best so that you can even create the illusion that you are traveling the globe helping the poor. You can even buy land cheap and then resell it for a HUGE profit to stupid gringos from America.

Life is good when you don't have to care about all people. Just yourself.

The following is simply all my own opinions and observations. I have no proof of anything regarding this situation either way. I'm just writing about it and speculating, as usual.

I'm still upset for what Mike Adams of NaturalNews.com has done to Jason Cairns of OrganicJar.com and though I'm sure I'll let it go soon, I'm not quite ready to do so just yet. Mike doesn't seem to be ready to let go of anything either.

I know a lot of people think that this should just go away and blue skies and rainbows should appear and we should all dance into the sunset. I'm sorry but I do not believe in putting my head in the sand. Things do not go away by ignoring them. It just gives unscrupulous people a chance to do their thing with minimal interference. If you are a spiritual person, a "The Secret" type of person, then maybe you are suppose to take that spiritual strength that your building and use it to tackle the reality that is in front of you instead of burying your nose in your navel and pretending nothing but good exists. That's a trap that appears to be the easy way out, but it's not. If you allow something the opportunity to get worse because you ignore it then it probably will get worse. Look at the state of America today. Your attention just may be the bucket of water that puts out a fire that would otherwise burn out of control.

Why do I care so much?

The Natural Health movement has enough problems to tackle without people like Mike Adams coming along and making it a big ego trip and acting like they have exclusive rights to a subject. Mike scours the ALREADY WRITTEN NEWS, changes the words around and acts like he made a discovery. If you want to get the news that Mike puts out a day before he does, just put in some keywords to Google news and let the internet bring it to you, then watch how it shows up on NaturalNews.com within the next few days slightly rewritten to Mike's style. NaturalNews.com contains very little original news people. Shall we do some comparison and then accuse Mike Adams of plagiarizing the AP, Reuters, etc...?

Gary Null has done the same thing and I've written about him also here and here. It's not about Mike Adams or Gary Null. They have not revealed any previously undiscovered news. They do not have exclusive rights to take the news and make it theirs. People like this just end up nullifying (no pun intended, but it works) all the good work done by making it more and more about themselves than about the mission.

I don't like being upset with these big players that are supposedly on the same side that I'm on. But fat headed egos are what has gotten this world into so much trouble already and WE DON'T NEED ANYMORE. I find these situations to be very upsetting, frustrating and sad. Why do they have to act this way?

I also care because if it can happen to Jason, it can happen to me or you or anyone else who is defenseless against such wrath. If someone with the readership and influence that Mike Adams of NaturalNews has can simply decide that they suspect someone of doing something they don't like and can then direct their influence over their readership to carry out their wishes against that person, who will then do it without much question, then that's pretty scary. Just because some people are able to attain power and/or influence does not mean they deserve to have it or that they will not abuse it. That should be pretty obvious to just about anyone by now. And guess what? Regardless of what he thinks of himself, Mike Adams is just a human being subject to the same flaws as the rest of us. Most of us are just more willing to admit it.

Is it really OK to endanger another persons life, put them through hell and shred their budding reputation as a fellow natural health advocate for something so trivial? I say trivial because I do not believe that Jason Cairns was being consciously malicious - unlike Mike Adams has been. Mike Adams instigated the violence by writing the article encouraging people to harass Jason as well as publishing Jason's personal info. Jason's info could, admittedly, be found on the web if you know where to look, so it was already out there. But, the phone number was not correct and another innocent person is paying for that. Mike made it very easy by handing it out. Most people would not have taken the time to search out Jason's personal info on their own. Of course none of those people would have done anything if Mike Adams hadn't directly encouraged them to act.

For all you people who followed Mr. Adams orders out of sheer blind loyalty, you are just a bunch of mindless sheep following yet another authority figure so you don't have to use your own freaking brains for anything. You will eventually end up being a target of people like Mike Adams. Mike is well aware that 70 Percent of People will Torture Others if Ordered. Even if Jason did everything Mike is accusing him of, becoming a vigilante mob is, in my opinion, not the most enlightened answer to the situation.

I don't think it's right that Mike Adams can do what he did to Jason Cairns on the World Wide Web and then, when he achieves his objective, simply delete the article that instigated the "escalating violence" from his site so most people will never see how it got started and yet continue his character assassination of Jason anyway. It's like he shot Jason and then ditched the gun and picked up a knife. So, the article is reprinted at the bottom of my rant. Mike says he removed it to stop the violence that it inspired, but I think he mainly wanted to cover his ass because his objective was plainly to get as many people as possible to harass and threaten a single individual via email, telephone and physical address for what is looking more and more to me like nothing but an error, a MISTAKE! Thousands against one is not exactly a fair fight. Mike knew that when he put that article out there, it would stay out there regardless of whether he removed it from his site or not. You cannot convince me that Mike did not know exactly what he was doing. Mike Adams truly abused his power this week.... And he is showing no signs of letting up.

Mike Adams has written an email update to this situation still accusing Jason of extreme wrong doing and yet Jason has apologized several times publicly, has corrected his errors and apologized some more. To hear Jason tell it he has complied with everything Mike Adams has requested... What happened between then and Mike's latest assault?

"As far as the update on the web content pirate goes, the guy has turned out to be quite a trickster. He insisted I call him to resolve the issue, but his phone was disconnected (The number for Jason that Mike published was old and so now, per Jason who has been contacted by attorneys, an innocent person is receiving harassing phone calls and is having to seek legal action). He emailed me and promised a public apology for pirating NaturalNews content, then went back on his word. (Really?) He claims he didn't know that stealing other peoples' work was wrong (Again, Mike is accusing Jason of being criminally libel without presenting anything but circumstantial evidence - I don't think Jason didn't know that stealing other peoples' work was wrong, but that he did not realize that he was stealing in the first place - there is a big difference), and he's suckered in quite a few people (I guess I would be one of those people but I only feel suckered by Mike Adams) by playing the victim here, claiming he's the "small guy" attacked by the NaturalNews "Goliath."

Well, I have news for everyone: I'm the small guy! (Global traffic - 853k monthly) NaturalNews is run by a tiny group of people (If you have a staff - paid or not - your not a "small guy"), and I'm 100% volunteer. I don't get paid a dime by NaturalNews (He makes his money somewhere), and I'm up against Big Pharma and the FDA, fighting for our health freedom every day and expecting no compensation in return for it. (can you hear the violins playing?) When I'm working 16 hours a day creating content to fight for our health freedoms, and (allegedly) a con artist comes along and copies it, puts his own name on it, makes money off it, gets exposed for it and then claims HE's the victim (He is a victim if he only made a mistake and meant no harm - but Mike has found Jason guilty without a trial - he has presented, thus far, NO clear-cut evidence that this was anything other than an error on Jason's part - guilty until proven innocent?!?!), I can only laugh out loud. Has morality in America sunk so low than even a common thief can claim he didn't know he was stealing anything and some people are fooled by his act?" (Like they are fooled by your self claims of being something akin to a nearly faultless super hero destined for sainthood)

Has common decency dropped so low that the only way a person can handle a perceived problem is with retaliation and attorneys?

Notice how he twists everything to make Jason look really, really bad and himself practically a saint. He never once admits that he handled the situation ALL wrong or even a little wrong. Never does he apologize for unnecessarily dragging his readers into this or for endangering someone's life over a COPYRIGHT issue for God's sake! I don't think anyone is ever 100% correct about everything, but Mike seems to think he is.

Mike then goes on in the email update to praise himself some more. It's quite amazing what Mike thinks of himself. If Mike is the "little guy" then Jason really is a nobody and shouldn't even show up on Mike's radar. So what is really going on with Mike Adams? Am I the only one that thinks charges should be brought up against Mike for libel? slander? character assassination? Reckless endangerment of life and limb?

It seems that I'm not the only one, as this comment was recently left at OrganicJar.com:

"Jason, I’m not a reader of your blog nor do I read naturalnews, but a colleague of mine does follow health news quite dutifully and he brought this specific situation up in our law ‘meetup’ this week. Well, some of us are curious now to find out if any legal action has been taken by you (or Mr. Adams because he seems to be the one intending to do so)."

But according to the following quotes from Mike Adams, he must feel that he is covered and justified in "having some fun" with Jason and directing a vigilante mob of people to do what's necessary to destroy him online (and offline, otherwise why publish his home address?). Because Mike Adams feels that intentional harassment, even if it leads to suicide of the victim, is not a crime and therefore there should be no punishment for it. That's taking character "assassination" a little too far, but Mike thinks it's not a crime. It's OK to kill people if you can get them to do it to themselves.

"...Listen: If a person decides to go kill themselves based on something you said, that's their problem, not yours. Words and thoughts are not crimes. ACTIONS are crimes. If Lori Drew pummeled that teen girl to death with an oversized computer monitor, then that would be a crime. But creating a false online personality and taunting the girl with words is no such crime.

It may be stupid. It may be mean. It may even be psycho. But it's not a crime...."

So please, Mike Adams, continue with your stupid, mean, psycho - but not a crime? - harassment. After all the system is a joke and you're protected by "Oprah-fied justice".

For a man that is practically a saint in his own eyes, Mike Adams sure does come across as extremely cold hearted. What happened to plain old right and wrong? Watch out Jason, Mike Adams evidently thinks it's OK to harass you to the point of suicide.

"Mike has explained if he does these things he'll tell his readers that they've solved there issues, but he’s not telling them that. He keeps sending out malicious newsletter updates. This entire situation is crazy. Do you know before this Organicjar had under 20 readers, and my brother only posted several articles a month just on issues he wanted to make sure everyone knew about. He only had 44 articles total on his blog and 12 had referenced Mikes work. I’ve found hundreds of blogs that republish all of Mikes work, everyday. (NaturalNews) Those who can create, create. Those who can't sometimes steal other people's work and call it their own. Over the last several months, I've watched a clever content pirate called Jason Cairns rip off the NaturalNews website and content, calling our articles his own. He's created a website called OrganicJar.com which is essentially a giant rip-off of NaturalNews articles and content.

Almost all the articles published on OrganicJar were, in fact, written by me or other NaturalNews contributing writers.

For example, his article entitled "Vitamin D Reduces Risk of Cancers by 77 Percent!" is a direct rip-off of my article called New research shows vitamin D slashes risk of cancers by 77 percent; cancer industry refuses to support cancer prevention at: http://www.naturalnews.com/021892.html

In another example, the Organic Jar article Medical Students Fed Up with Professors' Secret Financial Ties to Big Pharma is a word-for-word ripoff of my original breaking news summary at: http://www.naturalnews.com/News_0005...orruption.html which just happens to be entitled Medical Students Fed Up with Professors' Secret Financial Ties to Big Pharma. My story was published November 28th, his appeared on November 30th.

By the way, as any good con man would do, Cairns might retroactively change these pages on his site to appear to be original text, so if you're reading this after January of 2009, don't expect the links to his site to corroborate my story here. But I've made a full archive of his entire website for legal purposes, and it's rife with piracy from NaturalNews and many other natural health websites. He's probably stealing from Mercola, too.

But Jason Cairns gives no one credit other than himself. He simply puts his own name on top as the author, runs a lot of ads, and uses social networking tools to try to gather a lot of traffic. He even stole my words for his "about the author" section, in which he describes himself as "...deeply dedicated to the mission of helping people transform their health, improving our planet and empowering individuals to make positive changes in their life."

It those words sound familiar, it's because I wrote them in 2005 in my own bio. What Jason Cairns is really committed to, it seems, is pirating other people's work and calling it his own. Even the look and feel of the OrganicJar website is a rip-off of NaturalNews.

(If Mike doesn't like that Jason's website has "the look and feel" of his website, then he need to call up a posse to attack the maker of that template that is for sale on the internet because they are obviously "pirating" Mike's web design and making money from it. Oh why, oh why is everyone stealing from Mike Adams?! Mike also invented nutrition, ya know.)

To some extent, his piracy has worked, too: His social network includes a lot of natural health people who have been duped by this con man into thinking HE wrote the articles! I even saw the Raw Spirit Fest as a friend on one of his social networking sites.

Like many con men, Jason Cairns is a master of social networking. His Facebook site has attracted plenty of followers who obviously don't know they've been conned.

Cairns also has a well-populated MySpace page and a LinkedIn.com page.

He even has his twitter site blazing away, claiming he's living some sort of natural health lifestyle. Does that involve eating salads between content pirating sessions?

What a loser, huh? The funny part in all this is that I openly GIVE people permission to use my articles if they just give proper credit to the author and a link back to NaturalNews. But I suppose that's too much to ask from some people: They want all the credit, even for things they didn't write.

Jason Cairns is a thief, a pirate and an embarrassment to the natural health community. We need to work together to expose the dishonest of people like Cairns. Here's how we do that...

Perhaps the best way to reach Jason Cairns is through his MySpace page or LinkedIn.com page. He's sure to be checking those social networking sites for messages. Imagine the shock when he hears about this, huh?

By the way, all the links in this article use the "nofollow" attribute so that his websites do not benefit from the NaturalNews popularity in any way. The last thing we want to do is give him a boost in the search engines, huh?

Let me put a warning out to other would-be pirates (there are many) who are stealing NaturalNews content: We will expose you as the pirates you are, including all the pirates working over at Examiner.com who steal NaturalNews articles and pass them off as their own.

If you want to use NaturalNews content, folks, just use it with proper credit. Give the author who wrote the story the credit he or she deserves. I don't mind people copying articles if they at least have the decency to give credit to the original author and source. In other words, I support open sourcing content, but the one requirement is that you give credit where credit is due.

So, folks, if you want to have some fun with this pirate, just link to this article using words like "Jason Cairns" and "OrganicJar" and let's watch the search engine rankings rise for this article when people are searching for Jason Cairns. Google can be fun, after all! And sometimes people deserve to be publicly shamed for being such dishonest thieves of other peoples' hard work.

OK, has it been verified that Jason willfully posted articles from NaturalNews.com intending to take credit for himself? Or has it been ascertained that he made a mistake for which has shown to be more than willing to fix?

Or do NaturalNews readers accept anything Mike Adams says without question? Even though he supposedly "educates" people to do the opposite?

All you people throwing stones at Jason: Would you please share the evidence from your professional investigation with us? I really do not support thieves or unscrupulous people as a rule. This why I'm so angry with Mike Adams, because as a role model his behavior has been atrocious. He seems to have based this whole accusation on circumstance and guessing... Is this how he researches his articles too? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Has Mike abandoned the US Constitution too?

Would you want to be crucified and your life threatened on circumstantial evidence? Mike could have handled this quietly. Instead he decided to publicly call for a cyber stoning of Jason and put Jason's life at risk. WTF?

I'm not "working" for Jason. I've been a reader and fan of NaturalNews for a few years now. I'm basing my reaction on Mr Adams not Jason. Even if Jason did everything that Mike claims he did, Mike still handled it all wrong. I've seen it over and over. People start out with good intentions, then they get popular, then they get a massive ego, then they lose the vision and then they don't care who they hurt. A couple of examples are Oprah Winfrey and Gary Null.

It seems that Jason has been working to create a successful website. Do you really think Jason thought he could become successful and huge and no one notice that he's stealing from NaturalNews.com? I don't get the impression that Jason is stupid. It's obvious that Mike jealously scours the internet to see where his work shows up. Jason could not have gotten far without someone putting two and two together and figuring out that he was a fraud. Again, I don't get that Jason is stupid.

I've been increasingly dissatisfied with NaturalNews over the last few months because it looks more and more like Mike is selling out. I was drawn to Mike because of his bravery of speaking up to the "big guys" in defense of the "little guys" and now we have to defend the little guys against Mike because he's become one of the big guys. Is it simply inevitable?

I, too, have tried over and over for months to Mr Adams to contact me about the HIV/AIDS fraud (but he avoids this issue - though it affects everyone on the planet - while talking about other issues over and over and over)... So I find it strange that Mike acts like all you have to do is pick up the phone and call him.

The fact that Mike avoids the AIDS issue and supports Scientology and has now attacked Jason deepens my suspicion that Mike is extremely homophobic, which doesn't sit well with me either. I do not like to support people who would wish me dead because of my private life that's no one's business and hurts no one.

And I find it very embarrassing that Mike Adams is trying to come off as a black rapper with his "Beyond All Reason" "album". Personally, I don't wish rap to be promoted, but hope that it goes away someday. Surely there is another way... But, I think Mike wants to continue raising his "star status"... Ego.

My emotional response is based on being betrayed once again by someone I looked up to, respected and tried to somewhat model myself after (is that plagiarism too?). This is my own fault. I admit it.

But, as a amateur natural health advocate and webmaster and student of Naturopathy, I have learned a lot from this episode and I give Mike Adams all the credit. He is helping me fill in the chapter "What not to do".

Mike Adams, in a fit of overinflated ego, called for a public cyber stoning of a fellow natural health advocate today. It appears that Jason Cairns of OrganicJar.com inadvertently angered natural health Nazi Mike Adams by incorrectly posting some of Mike's articles without proper attribution. Well, Mike would have none of this and published an article vilifying this man and directing his minions to harass him and threaten him. It worked because Jason is now receiving death threats. Mike Adams demanded an apology and then cut off all routes for Jason to be able to do so... Then to cover his own ass Mike removes the article he published and feigns worry for Jason's well-being and pretends that he did not intend for an all out attack on Jason.

Whatever the truth, Mike Adams handled the situation like a real ego controlled prick.

(OrganicJar) Well, I didn’t expect to wake up today and see that I’m being vilified by someone that up to today I had a lot of respect for. As some of you may already know, Mike Adams published an “attack post” on his blog NaturalNews.com calling me a “liar, con-man, etc.”…basically stating that I ‘pirate’ content from his blog.

I don’t even know where to start. You state that “almost all” my content was written by you, but this is not true. I skim the headlines of over 50 global news sources everyday. We occasionally write about the same topic because it’s breaking headline news. And when I do use information from your articles I list you as a resource. I will say I did forget to list you on the Vit D article, but have quickly fixed this and do apologize. I have always given credit to my sources and the authors.

Throughout your post, you attack me personally, insinuating that I only “claim” to live a natural life. I’m not sure how you can make these assumptions when we’ve never met. I am an extremely dedicated organic raw foodist, who has decided to dedicate my life to helping others get educated on the powers of health and nutrition. I am a real person and not “fictitious” as you state. My desire, my passion and motivation are real.

In my estimation, you did the online health community a complete dis-service today Mike. It’s like “Goliath” tried attacking “David” today. It’s as if you don’t want anyone else reporting on health related news. I barely made $35 last month from OrganicJar, and my expenses were $105 so there’s no need to worry about your profits at NaturalNews.com, because they are surely insulated from the operation of my blog. It’s never been about the money for me though; I’m passionate about health. My site is like many others out there, simply a collection of information written and sourced that I find important.

When you take a break from using your site as a vehicle to assassinate the character and integrity of competing blogs, go back and re-read your ‘hit piece’; it’s just oozing with class. I recommend you read a book called “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz.

Overall, I suggest you stick with the health related posts Mike, they’re much better than the ‘hit pieces’…and if you have a problem or a question, why don’t you personally call me; pick up your phone and call me…instead of trying to persuade the readers of your blog to do so themselves. I am amazed that I’ve received emails from people wishing that I die in response to your ‘attack post’. I guess you can call it a success then Mike.

I’m not perfect and I always try and do my best. Mike, you’ve never met me and I have made repeated attempts to contact you, but have had no luck. To pass judgment and make these assumptions is wrong. We live in a crazy world, it’s to bad we can’t all work together. I’d gladly give you a call as I’d like to resolve this issue so we can all get back to helping others get truthful health information.

There is no way that his ‘attack post’ was merely just about you forgetting to mention him as a source; if so, than he could have easily called you or contacted you through email and corrected the problem quickly like professionals do. No, his post was engineered more to completely dis-credit and smear you in the eyes of the online community as your blog and its’ cool design, function and attempts at integrating social media are far superior to anything that his blog is involved with. Grow up Mike! As we often say in the infantry “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”.

ICC Update - 25 deaths in ICC studies - but drugs ‘not to blame’. Vera Report and NY Times come back to save face, once more.

The ongoing non-investigation by the major media into the NIH clinical trials scandal. Try to make sense of the New York Times continual burial of the ICC story:

First, no children died:

“It was seen as one of the great successes of AIDS treatment. In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, hundreds of children in New York City were dying of AIDS. The only approved drugs were for adults, and many of the patients were foster children. So doctors obtained permission to include foster children in what they regarded as promising drug trials….”

“[T]here is little evidence that the trials were anything but a medical success.”

That was the line in 2005, when reporter Janny Scott and the New York Times first tried to bury the story.

Now, children have died, but not really.

“An investigation into the participation of New York City foster children in clinical drug trials for H.I.V. and AIDS over a nearly 20-year period has found no evidence that any children died as a result of the trials or that the foster children were selected because of their race.”

And then, down the page:

“Twenty-five children receiving treatment as part of the trials died during the trial years.”

Yes, children died while in drug trials at the ICC. But, “So what!” Says the Times, because the trials were ethical:

“The report also found that foster children were not removed from their families by the city because a parent had refused to consent to a child’s treatment, as some had alleged.”

(The allegations came from mothers whose children were taken into the ICC). But, no.. it’s all fine.

But down the page:

“We found a disturbing lack of medical consent forms.”

But,

“No children were yanked from their homes. That is all completely false.”

Really? “Disturbing lack” or “completely false?” I guess I’ll have to stick with the women, children, childcare workers and the ICC doctor who game me lengthy interviews, and told me that “adherence” to the drug regimen was now the primary cause for children to be placed in the drug-study orphanage.

I am quoted in the Times piece, but not quite as I gave the quote:

Liam Scheff, the journalist in Boston who first made the alarming charges about the trials, questioned that finding.

“Now they admit that the children died, but, oh, it couldn’t have been the drugs,” Mr. Scheff said in an e-mail message. “How do they know? How do they tell the difference?”

He said that the drugs in question had Food and Drug Administration warnings on them and that they had “caused permanent injury and painful death in adults who have taken the exact same drugs at normal prescribed doses. These children died, and countless others were made sick while taking these drugs, because of a diagnosis that is itself overly harsh, overly deterministic” and, he said, based on faulty H.I.V. testing technology.

Here’s what I actually provided on a phone conversation, and in several emails, confirmed and okayed by the reporter, Lisa Foderaro. (see bottom of the page for details):

“Now they admit that the children died, but ‘Oh, it couldn’t have been the drugs,’” said Liam Scheff, a journalist in Boston who first investigated the drug trials. “How do they know? How do they tell the difference? The drugs in question are F.D.A. Black-Box label drugs that have caused permanent injury and painful death in adults who have taken the exact same drugs at normal prescribed doses.”

“These children died, and countless others were made sick while taking these drugs, because of a diagnosis that is itself overly-harsh, overly-deterministic, and based on faulty, poly-reactive HIV testing technology.”

It’s a good deal better than Janny Scott did, but what’s so hard about the words “Black Box?”

Why is it so carefully omitted? ” F.D.A. Black Box label.” Why? I guess the details matter, and leaving out certain details helps them bury the story better. The FDA was decent enough to mark these drugs as possessing extraordinary toxicity. But the reporter leaves that out. I suppose the New York Times just can’t find it in its charter to report that Aids drugs have killed people so well, that the FDA has taken special, official and legal notice of it.

“Oh what tangled webs we weave” should be the imprimatur atop the New York Times logo.

Which of their versions is true? “No permissions,” or “no violations?” “Refuted claims” or deaths while children were in drug studies?

Well. Like I said in 2004….

ICC Background story [Here].

In 2003 I investigated the Incarnation Children’s Center, a Catholic Orphanage in New York City, which took in abandoned children of drug (crack) addicts, in the city’s poor, immigrant Black and Hispanic Washington Heights neighborhood. The orphanage reported that the children got “dramatically better” without the very toxic, Black-Box Aids drugs.

From ICC’s Webpage:

Pediatric AIDS was first recognized in 1982-83. Early in the epidemic, HIV disease of childhood was considered to be down-hill course leading to death. But in the late 1980’s, before AZT was available, many very ill children admitted to ICC got dramatically better with proper nurturing and high-quality medical and nursing care.

But in the early 1990s, Dr. Stephen Nicholas, ICC’s then medical director, decided to turn the orphanage into an NIH (government-funded) drug trial center, for very strong pharmaceuticals like AZT and Nevirapine, and their analogues. These drugs all bear the FDA’s Black Box warning label, meaning they’ve permanently injured or killed adults who’ve taken the drugs at the normal, prescribed dose.

The street-drug orphans were enrolled in pharma-drug studies featuring 7 or 8 pharmaceuticals, “at higher than usual doses,” in children as young as four years old. The studies also enrolled children of indeterminate and negative Hiv status, and used children in vaccine trials, drug trials, and as stated, high-dose, multiple-drug trials. In investigating this story, I interviewed mothers, children, nurses, childcare workers, and the doctor in charge of the ICC. I reported their stories and testimony over two years in print magazines and on the web. [NIH/ICC Investigation]

Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, which oversees the orphanage/test center, has consistently plead ‘no fault,’ to charges that children died in the trials, but they have never released publicly any medical records from any of the children in the trials.

The Vera Institute of Justice was hired to investigate the trials, to see if wrong-doing is attributable to Columbia Presbyterian. They have just published their report. I was informed of the report today (1-27-09), by New York Times reporter Lisa Foderaro. In sum, the Vera Institute agrees with my original reporting that:

1. Drug trials were being conducted in orphaned children.

2. There were “missing permissions” - ie - they were using children without consent. My sources had their children removed from their homes when the parents expressed serious concerns about some of the Black-Box labeled drugs, and their visible deleterious effects.

3. Children enrolled in these trials died.

According to the Institute, 80 Children in Foster Care, and 25 in the studies.

But, says the Institute, we can’t blame the drugs.

The Vera report wants to propose that children, enrolled in illegal drug trials, with “7 [FDA Black-Box] Drugs, Some at Higher Than Usual Doses” were made sick and died, but NOT as any result of these 7 drugs:

Drug: Ritonavir
Drug: Nelfinavir mesylate
Drug: Saquinavir
Drug: Nevirapine
Drug: Lamivudine
Drug: Stavudine
Drug: Didanosine

This despite the fact that every one of these drugs bears the FDA’s Black Box - a fatal warning at normal dosing. The study itself had already been reduced from EIGHT drugs, because significant toxicity and/or death.

[AS PER AMENDMENT 01/07/00: Pancreatitis, which may be fatal in some cases, has occurred during therapy with ddI [Didanosine]. The risk of pancreatitis may be increased when ddI is used in combination with HU. ACTG A5025, a study that had a d4T/ddI/HU arm, was terminated because of significant toxicity concerns related to the HU-containing arm. Patients enrolled in ACTG P1007 [This study] may be at increased risk of developing pancreatitis given their advanced disease state and the use of multiple drugs including HU. The study had been amended to address these concerns.] [AS PER AMENDMENT 12/19/01: HU has been removed from the drug regimen.]

Patient enrollment is staged to allow study physicians to aggressively monitor patients for signs of toxicity. …[AS PER AMENDMENT 12/19/01: “8-drug regimen” is replaced by “7-drug regimen”]

What can I say that Robert Lifton hasn’t written so clearly, and so well already? We are practicing a corrupted medicine. There is a taint of racism running through Aids science. We are over-burdening groups with the permanent and fatal ‘Aids’ diagnosis, based on faulty technology, and an immovable assumption that we then enforce by the overly-toxic regimens you witness above.

How do we propose to save children by first, giving them a death sentence based on faulty and poly-reactive (poly-diagnostic) tests [HIV Tests - Yes, They Do Not Diagnose Nor Are Specific For Only One Condition];

Then enrolling them with or without permission into drug trials with the most severe toxic effects recorded in a pharmaceutical [Nevirapine]

- Nevirapine Toxicity. Yes, that’s the result of an Aids drug. Yes, we give it to human beings.

The Aids diagnosis based on the poly-reactive “Hiv test” is overly-brutal, overly-deterministic; it allows otherwise sane and cautious people to force-feed copious volumes of these drugs to the most vulnerable, defenseless human beings on earth - abandoned babies in the poorest part of New York City.

What would have happened to these children in they had not been force-fed these drugs? They got “dramatically better” before AZT and Nevirapine. They get dramatically better on Selenium and other immune-building, pathogen-suppressing micronutrients. Our current drugs may have application in future treatment - but at significant decrease in dose and toxicity. We’ve allowed drugs to be overly toxic because we measure them against a pre-determined and irrevocable diagnosis of “death,” despite what we know about Hiv testing, and the ten thousand contradictions in the overly-large, and deterministic Aids diagnosis.

What happens we stop pretending that these drugs don’t kill on their own?

Will we have to find other solutions? Maybe so. But there are plenty of other solutions available. The Aids establishment has had no patience for individuals or groups that have sought to treat Aids as a multi-factorial, and recoverable illness, despite the success of those who have tried, and lived beyond their “mandated expiration date.” It’s time for the Aids establishment to move themselves over and make some room for new approaches - multifactorial approaches that seek to get to the underlying issues in immune weakness and immune building.

We can and must do better for orphans than enrolling them in Nevirapine trials, just because Columbia Presbyterian says they want to, and because the Vera Institute “of Justice” will unforgivably let them get away with it.

“They would have died anyway,” is the final verdict of the Vera Institute. Anybody who knows anything about medicine, about good Aids research, and about ethics knows that a statement like that isn’t medical, scientific or ethical.

As to where in Boston - well, there are a dozen lovely hotels, with nice lobbies and bars and restaurants, good for meetings, for sitting in reasonable comfort, etc.

If you are coming into the city, that might be best. Something in the Copley Place perhaps (it’s downtown, easily accessible).

I take it you are leaving the same day? If so, you are coming into Logan airport, and will either take a taxi or the “T” downtown. (The “T” is the MBTA - subway - easy enough and much cheaper).

It shouldn’t take more than an hour to get from the airport to downtown, probably less, once you’ve cleared the rigamarole at the airport.

To Vera Staff and Director,

I am writing to express my dismay and alarm at the interview I was given yesterday, one which was terminated by the Vera staff member while in progress.

I am the journalist who broke the story that is the basis of the research into orphans used in government drug trials. I had certain expectations for the interview, none of which were met.

I was under the impression that I would be permitted to give actual, viable information to the Vera Institute that would allow them to do further investigation. And that, because I was being sought for an interview, that my work was actually wanted, or desired for this investigation. Neither of these proved to be true, in actuality.

Instead, I met with a number of repeated roadblocks. First, I was told that in order to make interviews I have done with other people usable, I would have to verify their validity to the Vera institute. When I tried to do this, by giving personal material to the Vera interviewer, I was told to stop.

Second, I was prevented from giving any relevant or viable material concerning an actual, meaningful investigation into the use of orphans in Aids drug trials to the Vera interviewer, who refused to take from my hand the disks I had put together expressly for the purpose of the interview.

In truth, I have little idea about why I was chosen to be interviewed, if whatthe interviewer or the Vera Institute was seeking was a palliative, near-meaningless regurgitation of my “feelings” about what had happened. My work in the ICC story was as the primary investigative journalist who brought the story to national and international attention.

I spent a great deal of time and energy, (and candor), sharing and explaining in good detail the basis for a critical understanding of what is happening in the Aids paradigm, especially regarding the standard (non-standardized) method of Hiv testing.

My materials for review of the evidential understanding of my criticism were rejected; the verification of the personhood of my primary sources was rejected, though it had been demanded, less none of my research material featuring interviews with sources be rejected.

I was treated in what I consider a strange, and I think, disingenuous manner by the interviewer, Anne Lifflander, whose training and expertise in any field I have come to be concerned over. I have rarely met a person so uninviting of discourse, of revelation of important material for an actual investigation into a matter so terribly, horribly serious as the use of orphans in government/pharmaceutical drug investigations.

In the end, I was not permitted by Lifflander to relate much in the way of meaningful information regarding the Incarnation Children’s Center. When I would attempt to, I would be interrupted by protests that I had mentioned a child’s name. I am the journalist who broke the story; I had no idea that the investigating body into the question of ethics in this abuse of children would have so little interest in gathering actual, viable, useful information.

I stated the name (first name only) of children who I knew, to Lifflander only, who protested that I shouldn’t state their names. I have no idea what this means. If you are seeking to do research, how could it be possible that you wish to be given false names upon which to base your research?

I had been demanded, or informed, by Lifflander, that no interviews with that had already been published and verified by journals would be usable, unless the identities of the persons interviewed could be re-verified by the Vera Institute. I offered to do that immediately, by giving some audio from my interviews with two adult sources, on the condition that they not be released
publicly. I tried to play some of a file for Lifflander in our meeting, to let her know what she would be hearing and from whom. At that point, she ended the meeting. I should say, actually, that she told me that she had to go to the bathroom, disappeared for 10 minutes, and returned, saying that she had called legal council, and that “this interview is over.”

As a journalist, I made it clear that I am free to write about any experience that I have, including my interview with Vera. She also cited this as a reason that she was “ending the interview.”

One of the protests seemed to be that we were in a hotel lobby, a public place. The reality was that we were in a distant corner of the lower lobby of a large hotel, with sufficient ambient noise and music playing in the hotel, to drown out non-local conversation.

The other issue here is that I was made a tour-guide by Lifflander, who asked me to choose a location in Boston to meet. I am not accustomed to meeting a person who is going to interview me, and also establish the location for the interview, that meets all of their hidden criteria and guidelines.

Given Lifflander’s many needs for a certain ambience and specific privacy concerns, I would have expected that she would have simply spoken with me on the telephone for important parts of the interview. Or, that she would have behaved like she was a professional interviewer, and established a site for the interview herself, without impinging on the interview subject to do her work for her.

I have trouble understanding all of this, from the point of view of utility, if the Vera Institute’s goal is to understand and investigate what actually happened in the ICC orphanage, and what is happening in Aids medicine, from a critical point of view.

I have even more trouble understanding any of it, given that my research is publicly available, publicly published, and that I do name names in my work. I do question received wisdoms, on the basis of major conflicting evidence, I do not report what is the conventional wisdom in Aids, or in anything I cover, but that I always try to get beneath the surface (because there is always a surface to get beneath), and see the actual structure of any public edifice or paradigm.

That is to say, I am clearly, by my work, a contentious figure, whose work is probably polarizing, but survives because it is remarkably, defiantly well-researched.

Why the Vera Institute would claim to want to interview me, and then pitch me nothing but self-limiting, emotionally-manipulative, softball questions, is beyond me. Unless your purpose was other than interviewing me for useful information.

In any case, because my interview was terminated by the Vera staff member, and because all relevant information I had agreed to give Vera was likewise rejected, I see no reason why I should freely sign off on permitting any information gathered by Lifflander to represent my work, my person, or my involvement with the investigation.

She proved herself to me to be a terrible investigator and gatherer of information. I remain in a state of shock that a person of her apparent inexperience and demeanor was sent to interview me, unless, and I repeat this question, the purpose of contacting me was something other than to gather useful information for investigating what happened at ICC?

Given the circumstances, I hereby withdraw any permission I may have been falsely convinced to give to the Vera Institute, under falsely stated pretenses by Lifflander, to record an interview with me or to use any material from an interview for your research.

Aids: An Iatrogenic Depopulation Strategy?

It is hard to make sense of the numerous contradictions in the official explanation of what causes Aids and how to best fight the scourge. But then - the confusion may be fully intentional. Aids as a strategy and cover for de-population would make perfect sense. It is race specific, its victims are the poor and socially deviant, and if we believe the press, the whole population of the African continent is at grave risk. A high percentage of those treated eventually do die. What they die of is the hard question that must be asked.

Aids testing, prevention and treatment are promoted by the medical/pharmaceutical world and by the mainstream press as essential counter-measures. Yet both Aids testing and treatment target certain racial and social groups and the populations of developing countries, especially if they are located on the African continent.

The interpretation of test results is largely arbitrary. Prevention consists of giving both mother and child a highly toxic shot of medicine, and treatment - more often than not - seals the fate of the victim. Treatment leads to a more or less certain death. All that is promised is that the death will be slowed by "life extending" drugs.

What makes me think of a deliberate strategy with regards to Aids and the confusion that surrounds it, is the point-blank refusal of the reigning pharmaceutical/medical establishment to even address those contradictions, to discuss in an open way with those who point out that something's not right. Perhaps I am too suspicious, but it seems to me that so much bungling cannot be the result of mere inadequacy.

(NaturalNews) The Milgram experiments from the early 1960's are classic (but shocking) studies that demonstrated the "sheeple-ness" of people everywhere. In the experiments -- which have been replicated numerous times across multiple cultures, races and age ranges -- subjects willingly engaged in administering extremely painful electric shocks to other human beings for no reason other than the fact they were ordered to do so by an apparent authority figure.

These studies have long demonstrated the "do what I'm told" mentality of approximately 70 percent of the population. Only 30 percent of the study subjects refused to torture fellow human beings when so ordered.

Now, this famous study has been replicated at Santa Clara University in California. It's important to understand that in none of these studies were humans actually being tortured or given electric shocks, but the study subjects believed they were administering such torture because the apparent recipients of the electric shocks were actors who screamed in pain to coincide with the apparent delivery of the electric shocks.

The true "subjects" of the study were actually the people recruited to administer the electric shocks. But as is common in many psychological experiments, they were told they were simply taking part in the study of the other person (the person being shocked), and they had to administer electric shocks to that person if they answered questions incorrectly. Meanwhile, the study "enforcer" (one of the true researchers running the whole thing) would command the administration of such electric shocks at increasingly painful levels, starting at low voltage and increasing the voltage well beyond 150 volts (which can be lethal).

The real reason why most people are willing to do whatever they're told

What's amazing about these experiments is the astonishing willingness of people to deliver shocks above 150 volts to victims who are writhing in pain, screaming and begging for them to stop. Using nothing more than the application of verbal authority, these study subjects continued to torture and apparently cause great pain and suffering to another human being.

For many years, psychologists speculated the original studies must have somehow been flawed. Humans beings couldn't be so cruel and gullible, could they? But now this repeating of the study immediately clobbers any debate on the subject and forces us all to confront the terrible reality: Most human beings of all ages, races, religions, cultural upbringings and professions will actively torture, harm and even kill fellow human beings if ordered to do so.

Why is this important to understand? Because it explains the sheeple effect that's so dominant in society today. Why do consumers obey apparent authorities so blindly? Why do they do what they're told even when it goes against all common sense and their own ethics?

You might hear many scientists offer a conventional explanation for this phenomenon, where they're talking about the power and leverage of authority symbols (such as the study researcher wearing a white lab coat) or the transmission of implied authority through voice commands and body language, but I have a different explanation for what we're seeing here.

My explanation is far simpler: Modern society trains human beings to be mind slaves, not independent thinkers.

You were raised to be a mind slave

Think about it: From the very first day you go to kindergarten, you're punished for getting out of line (literally), talking out of place, expressing your own ideas or refusing to follow commands. This psychological brow-beating goes on for thirteen years, and it's enforced by most parents, counselors and other authority figures.

In fact, the primary point of school is not to teach children things that are really true (American history, for example, is a laughable collection of outrageous lies and distortions), but rather to create an obedient mind slave that can function in society. By the time the average child graduates from high school, they may not know how to read or write, but they sure know how to do what they're told.

For many, this continues through college and graduate school. Medical schools, for example, are advanced brainwashing institutions where independent thinkers are rejected from the system long before they can practice medicine.

Only the arts or the theoretical sciences encourage free thinking, and that's why you'll find the most free-minded people in areas like theoretical physics, fine arts, dance, music, poetry and so on. (There are exceptions in every area, of course. I'm just talking about general trends.)

The delusional behavior surrounding holidays

The cultural madness surrounding holidays is a perfect example of brainwashing en masse. On command, people all across America will obey their commercial masters and go Christmas shopping. They'll put up Christmas lights and props and trees. And a few days later, they'll take them all down again. Ten months later, the same yards that used to host symbols of Jesus, angels and religious symbols will be replaced with images of bloody skeletons, vampires, decapitated human bodies and supernatural spirits.

Apparently nobody thinks this is strange other than myself and a few other free thinkers. I watch may neighbors with amazement as they cart off the bloody vampire props, store them away in their garages, and light up their yards with angels and Biblical scenes. These people have no idea they are totally brainwashed into following a system of commercial exploitation called "holidays."

You name the holiday, and there's a whole different system of commercially-motivated brainwashing behind it: Easter, Valentine's day, Fourth of July, New Year's Day, etc. On each holiday, the people obediently buy what they're told, drink what they're told, put up the props in their yards that they're told, and even run around knocking on doors begging for candy because that's what they're told to do.

It's utterly amazing to observe. I'm not saying we can't celebrate the Christmas holiday for what it really stands for, or spend quality time with family, or bless each other in whatever religious tradition we hold true. Those are all legitimate times of gathering, or celebration, or giving thanks. What I'm talking about is the commercial massploitation of the sheeple and how willingly people go along with the whole thing of spending money and decorating their yards with the appropriate symbols that merely serve as signs that demand other people get in line and follow suit.

I seriously considered putting up Halloween decorations this Christmas, because my neighbors erected a carnival of flashing lights and motorized reindeer so obnoxious that, in my mind, it was just begging to be contrasted with a scene of decapitated human bodies and bloody zombies taken from somebody's stored Halloween props. But I couldn't bring myself to actually BUY any of that stuff, and I figured the whole message would be wasted on the mindless neighbors anyway. But I reserve the right to try this next year! In fact, I'd love to see somebody do this and post a video of it on YouTube.

Seriously, folks: Why is it okay to have symbols of dead bodies and supernatural spirits in your yard on October 31st but not December 31st? Free thinkers don't have to follow the commercial calendar, didn't you know? We can put holiday props in our yards whenever we want, and they don't have to match YOUR holiday expectations.

He was invented by the Macy's department store as a clever story designed to sell more stuff! Every time we sing that song, it's like singing a commercial. Let's all go Christmas caroling and sing TV commercial jingles, shall we?

Truly, holiday behavior reveals the best examples of insanity in modern society. And it's all happening right in front of your (shiny?) nose, oblivious to the common man (and woman).

Are you a free thinker, or an "obedient worker?"

The Milgram experiments merely prove that America's brainwashing education system is very, very good at producing what George Carlin called obedient workers. These obedient workers do what they're told, pay their taxes and will even follow orders that make no sense -- like Bush and Obama urging people to go out and spend more money in order to "help the economy."

It's senseless advice for a nation where the savings rate is already zero, but the 70 percent who are obedient workers also turn out to be obedient spenders and consumers.

Needless to say, NaturalNews is only read by the 30 percent who would walk out of the Milgram experiment. We are the independent, free-minded thinkers who evaluate each situation on its own merits, paying no special attention to the mad ramblings of apparent authority figures. In fact, the typical NaturalNews reader would blatantly refuse to administer electric shocks to another human being in any experiment. Unless, of course, the recipients of those electric shocks happened to be drug company CEOs, but that's a different experiment altogether. (That's also a joke. I don't condone the use of violence against fellow human beings; even criminals.)

The upshot of all this is one, important realization: About 70 percent of the people around you are dangerously obedient to even the most insane directives given by apparent authority figures. And if properly motivated, they would even torture YOU as long as they were told to do so.

To invoke the philosophy of The Matrix, about 70 percent of the people are still plugged in to the system, and until their minds are freed, they are potentially a danger to the 30 percent who can actually think for themselves. A good rule of thumb is to never be caught with too many 70-percenters around you. Hang with the 30-percenters.

Most people greatly overestimate their mental independence

There's another fascinating element to all this: Virtually everyone thinks they would never administer the electric shocks if they took part in the Milgram experiments. But when faced with the aggressive verbal demands of the researcher, they give in and punch the shock button anyway.

Just like most authority figures in modern society, the study researchers use clever psychological tactics to try to convince people they have to push the button. They'll claim that if they don't cooperate, the study will be ruined, or thousands of dollars will be lost, or the apparent "patient" will be somehow harmed by not receiving the proper correction stimulus. The researchers use every verbal tactic they can think of.

It's a lot like President Bush standing at a podium and talking about yellow cake uranium, or issuing a "terr" threat, or using all kinds of verbal scare tactics that are completely fictitious. The point is not to inform you but rather to alter your behavior so you do what they want. Not coincidentally, about 70 percent of the American people were also strongly in favor of the War on Iraq following the 9/11 attacks.

I can't wait to read the haters and flamers post negative comments to this story, because what they're actually doing is demonstrating the depth of the brainwashing they have embraced as 70-percenters. People who are brainwashed into obeying orders will aggressively defend the very system that brainwashed them. Any person threatening to think for themselves gets slammed, criticized or verbally abused in much the same way that the Milgram experimenters verbally abused the study subjects to cajole them into obeying.

Authority is all in your head

The relevant point in all this is to realize that the whole scheme of authority in the modern world is artificially constructed. Authority exists only in your mind, not in the real world. For example, when people drive on the roads, they're afraid to cross the yellow lines (or white lines). Why? Because in their minds, the lines represent borders that cannot be crossed due to the fear of being reprimanded by authority. This is true even when crossing the lines makes sense!

You see this behavior all the time in modern society. At Costco, people just wait at the exit for some lame worker to check their receipt and mark it with a pen. People actually line up like cattle even after they paid for their stuff! I just walk out the door with the stuff I paid for, utterly ignoring the silly "receipt checkers" who keep screaming "Sir! Sir! Sir!" What I've learned is that after three or four screams, they just shut up and go back to the line of sheeple. Just slap on a pair of headphones, crank up your iPod and walk right out of the store, folks. Why are you giving up your Constitutional rights and submitting yourself to illegal search and seizure for a cart full of stuff you just paid for? (Moooooo!)

Same thing at Wal-Mart. If your bags set off the security device, don't be an idiot and actually stop and let them search your bags like you're some kind of criminal! And yet more than 90% of the people will do exactly that! (More Moooooo!)

Just keep walking. You didn't steal your stuff, did you? Then what are you stopping for? The fact that the security alert sounds off is Wal-Mart's problem, not your problem. You have nothing to do with their security glitches. Just pretend you're deaf and couldn't hear the thing anyway. If they accost you, use lots of sign language that emphasizes the use of the middle finger.

Behavioral psychologist Pavlov proved that he could make a dog drool by ringing a bell. Wal-Mart has proven that you can make a human being stop and turn around by sounding a similar bell at the exit door. Amazing!

You'll also find that most people tend to walk on the official pathways when they enter or leave buildings. They don't take the shortest path; they take the "official" path, which may be much longer.

And don't get me started talking about television commercials. There's a great example of highly-effective brainwashing that nobody even seems to notice. People who watch TV will swear up and down that the commercials don't affect them at all, and then they'll go to the store and buy exactly the same brand names advertised to them on television.

It's downright hilarious.

It's not hilarious that they're brainwashed. That's just sad. What's hilarious is that people have been brainwashed into thinking they're NOT brainwashed even while they are! "The terrorists hate freedom," we're told, which implies that we're all free. Oh really? Then why do all my neighbors do exactly the same thing on every holiday? Why are they as predictable as a line of puppets strung up to the same control device?

The Milgram experiments simply prove that the vast majority of people are really sheeple who will do what they're told, even with zero awareness of being influenced.

So if you're a true free thinker, consider yourself fortunate: You're already in the top 30 percent of all the people in the country.

By the way, standard IQ tests don't take into account anything resembling real-world intelligent that would involve thinking for yourself. A person can have an IQ of 170 and still be a total robot zombie that does exactly what they're told by anyone with sufficient authority status.

I'd rather hang with a high school dropout who has some real-world street smarts than an over-educated yes man who's little more than a puppet for the mind controllers.

People live their entire lives in a state of perpetual hypnosis

By the way, as a side note, every time we run a story on NaturalNews about hypnosis, we get a few pieces of hate mail from people who claim hypnosis is evil and based on some sort of occult witchcraft.

What they don't realize is that the very beliefs they are demonstrating in their emails to us are perfect examples of hypnosis! (The belief that "hypnosis is evil," for example, is a hypnotically-induced belief usually programmed into somebody by an authority figure in a competing belief system that sees hypnosis as a threat to their own authority.)

Most people walk through their whole lives hypnotized and rarely, if ever, snap out of it long enough to think for themselves. The Milgram experiments demonstrate a very effective form of command hypnosis, by the way, which has been proven again and again to work on 70 percent of the population.

Most people are running around hypnotized most of the time. And some of them are medicated at the same time, which makes for a rather psychotic combination: Medicated and hypnotized!

Needless to say (but I'm gonna say it anyway), typically the most easily hypnotized people end up finding career paths in law enforcement, the military or government jobs where following orders is readily accepted. Again, there are exceptions to this (in fact, we've got some awesome NaturalNews readers in the military stationed in Iraq right now), but generally speaking, the easily-brainwashed seek professions that are compatible with doing what you're told while disengaging your brain.

I don't know why people tend to get so uptight about this topic, by the way. I'm just telling you the way it is, and I'm not sugar-coating it. The majority of the people are actually sheeple in disguise. And that means the majority of the U.S. voters are, in fact, the very same people who would be willing to torture a fellow human being if ordered to do so!

(NaturalNews) Do you believe in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Clause? Are they real people flying around performing magical deeds? Hopefully you don't believe this. Yes, they are fun stories, "something to believe in," when you are a child; or possibly they are spirits or energy forms. But they do not exist in flesh and blood. This article explains how in same way, West Nile Virus is also a fairy tale that "authorities" want you to believe in. It is not more real than the Easter Bunny. Feel into this truth:

There is no such thing as the West Nile Virus!

Pesticide manufacturers, pharmaceutical giants, the U.S. government, industry scientists, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), State and County government agencies believe in their own fairy tales. But they find those children's stories too boring and too happy. They wanted something dark and sinister. So they rewrote the fairytale and thought of some scary name that evokes fear of the unknown: "West Nile Virus". Then, rather than good people who give children presents and good feelings, this West Nile Virus is a mean and ugly monster. It kills people, it's contagious, and they want you to think that you should be very afraid of it. They want you to be so afraid of it that you will vote for your local governmental agency to go ahead and spray chemicals on you (and some mosquitoes) to stop it. But you know what? Just like the Easter Bunny and all the others, it just doesn't exist. Let me explain.

There was once a real scientist who didn't work for the pharmaceutical mafia. This was a long time ago, around 1890. His name was Robert Koch, and he was a German physician. Dr. Koch and bacteriologist Friedrich Loeffler had this crazy idea that in order to prove that diseases are caused by a virus, it should be possible to isolate the virus organism, and then use that isolated organism to create a disease in another otherwise healthy animal (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koch's_postulates). When people are sick you might see in an unhealthy person's blood, colonies of bacteria or other strange cellular formations. The existence of microorganisms in the body of a sick person does not indicate that the bacteria are the cause of disease. The idea that germs invade the body and cause disease was coined by Louis Pasteur. Even during Pasteur's time there was strong scientific evidence against this "germ theory" of disease because germs can evolve and mutate based on their environment, this is called pleomorphism (www.rawpaleodiet.org/pleomorphism-1.html) .

Dr. Koch's common sense postulates, which set up the criteria to prove the existence of a virus, used to be a part of science. As technology improved science should have been able to conclusively prove the existence of viruses under Koch's postulates and at least isolate and locate a virus under a microscope. But scientists never have been able to do this. Nobody could isolate any viruses to prove that they exist. Rather than admit that perhaps infectious viruses do not exist, dubious scientists now thought of a better plan. They decided to pretend viruses exist. To do that they had to claim the virus find fits into Koch's accepted postulates. So they write and use the term "isolated" for a virus even when they have done no such thing.

The idea of a virus causing disease was purposely spread as a disinformation strategy and now everybody believes in it.

West Nile Virus is not the only virus to never have been truly isolated. HIV, the virus believed to cause AIDS, also does not exist. This is explained in detail at (www.virusmyth.com) , neither does anything called a virus in reality exist. Bacteria and fungi present in diseased states do exist, but viruses that cause disease do not exist. The claim that there are viruses that cause disease is a fairy tale, like the Tooth Fairy and Santa Clause.

To "isolate" West Nile Virus (WNV), scientists begin by pulverizing believed-to-be "infected" mosquitoes and "infected" crows' brains. Then this material is run through a high speed centrifuge, and filtered through a filter whose pores are six times larger than what the size of the virus could be -- so anything could, in addition to the purported virus, be left in this mixture. If this mixture of all kinds of stuff is placed in a petri dish and kills cells -- which it did -- then it is assumed that the cell death was caused by the dreaded West Nile Virus. Don't mind that there's a bunch of other stuff in the mixture and no virus, the virus is still blamed for causing the cell death. "Scientists" then take this same material and look for RNA sequences. When they find a sequence, they claim to have mapped out the virus (davidcrowe.ca/SciHealthEnv/alive-wnv.html) .

In fact, they have mapped something, but it's not likely a virus. They probably mapped part of a mosquito brain. You might think that this article is a joke, especially with my bit of sarcasm; this is not a joke. The only joke, if you will, is to call these crude experiments proof of a virus. But it is also very serious, because it is this bogus science that the health mafia wants you to believe in. And when you believe it then they create false emergencies in order to spray poison on you, your spouse, your pets, or your children. In other cases, they try to coerce people into getting injected with poisonous substances laced with heavy metals to stop some supposed virus. You know this one well; they call it vaccination.

Let's take this a step further and examine the work of a German virologist and molecular biologist, Dr. Stephan Lanka. As a university student Dr. Lanka started researching virology and made some startling discoveries. At first he had some doubts about what he discovered, but over time he realized the blatant truth. In his words (probably translated from German): "viruses which are claimed to be very dangerous -- in fact do not exist at all." As for all those photos of supposed viruses, he describes what people are really seeing. The pictures of viruses for influenza, herpes, HIV, measles, hepatitis B, smallpox and other diseases are not pictures of viruses, but pictures of cells with typical particles or other cellular material. In his words, "it must be said that these photos are an attempt of fraud committed by the researchers and medical scientists involved, as far as they assert that these structures are viruses or even isolated viruses." This fact led me to the stunning realization that I have been sharing with you. I know it might be hard to believe, but it's true -- there is no such thing as the West Nile Virus! Viruses can supposedly infect other tissues and organisms because they can pass through cells. The proof of an infectious virus like West Nile rides on the existence of some entity that can enter into and damage a cell, then replicate itself and exit that cell in order to pass the infection to the surrounding cells. Now, there is such a thing as a virus, but true viruses are far different creatures than the ones we have been taught to fear; they are found in very simple organisms like algae. In more evolved life forms, like animals and humans, cells contain bacteria called Mitochondria; but these things cannot leave the cell. Viruses can leave cells. In any case where viruses have been proven to exist like in algae, they don't cause disease; they always turn out to be a helpful and supportive part of the ecosystem of the organism. Dr. Lanka states: "Actually in diseases, neither in the diseased organism nor in a body fluid, one has never seen or isolated a structure which one could characterize as a virus. The allegation of the existence of any disease-inducing virus is a transparent fraud, a deadly lie with dramatic consequences". In other words, there cannot be such a thing as a West Nile Virus. The term virus comes from the Latin word for poison or venom, which is probably related to the Sanskrit word visha, meaning toxin or poison (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plural_of_virus) . What the modern pseudo scientists are calling a virus is most likely the reaction of the body to a poison or poisons.

The theory of West Nile Virus is that mosquitoes drink the blood of sick birds, and then pass it along to humans. We hear about how birds or people test positive for the West Nile Virus. But how are they testing positive for the virus since there is no virus? Different tests which are claimed to indicate the presence of West Nile Virus are not testing for a virus. Rather these tests indicate that some antibodies are present in the blood which are indicators of environmental poisoning more than anything else.

Even with positive tests for the claimed West Nile Virus (WNV) -

1) The vast majority who have a positive WNV test have no symptoms. (A clear sign that that test doesn't tell you too much.)

2) A smaller percentage who have a positive test have had mild symptoms, such as a rash, diarrhea, or fatigue. (Never mind that these symptoms can be from other things, it is assumed a virus caused them.)

3) Less than 1% who have a positive test have Encephalitis, an acute inflammation in the brain.

To protect us from this supposed hazard, the government believes it needs to spray insecticide to kill either adult mosquitoes or mosquito larva. The problem is not necessarily the spraying of insecticide, but that the insecticide is sprayed in neighborhoods on people's homes. Without consent, mosquito fogging is equivalent to dumping toxic chemicals on your property, a violation of State, Federal, and International laws, including the Nuremberg Code. Spraying poisons on your body, or such that you will inhale them, is a physical and violating trespass of your space.

Even if mosquitoes had West Nile Virus (which they don't) some of the nation's leading health experts, like Professor Samuel Epstein of the University of Illinois School of Public Health, believe wide spread mosquito spraying is a really bad idea. Dr. Epstein along with several other leading scientists wrote a report against mosquito fogging. The reason is due to "friendly fire." Spraying large clouds of chemicals in the air not only kills mosquitoes, it also kills the mosquitoes' natural predators, and exposes children, pregnant women, people who are chemically sensitive, those with allergies or asthma, and everyone else unnecessarily to some very dangerous chemicals. The mosquitoes then come back much quicker than the natural predators, such as ladybugs, that feed on them. Thereafter they reproduce, uninhibited, in even greater numbers which of course justifies more mosquito spraying. Single exposures to pesticides (like those used in fogging) can trigger chronic fatigue, allergies, and a loss of libido. Long-term exposure to pesticides can cause birth defects, infertility, genetic damage, cancer and many other health problems. Of course the report also outlines safe and sane approaches to controlling mosquitoes -- which don't carry viruses anyways -- without exposing humans to known-to-be-dangerous chemicals. When there are safe and natural methods for controlling mosquitoes, why expose people to dangerous chemicals?

Both aerial and ground based mosquito control chemicals (Anvil, Evergreen, Pyrenone) usually contain a known hormonal disruptor and cancer-causing agent: piperonyl butoxide. They also contain pyrethrins, which can interfere with nerves and brain function, harm animals, environment. Pyrethrins don't degrade immediately but linger in the environment for weeks or longer.

More Mosquitoes = Less West Nile Virus

Those areas where there are clusters of dead birds found are not areas that are dense in mosquito populations. For example, how many mosquitoes have you noticed in densely packed urban areas close to freeways? About none. Meanwhile, I live in the forest, and there are millions of mosquitoes up here. I get bitten all the time. If there were really diseased mosquitoes carrying WNV, you would think they would come out of the forest. After all it is called West Nile Virus implying that it came from deep in the jungles near the Nile river. If mosquitoes were carriers there would be a correlation between higher mosquito populations and more WNV. But there just isn't. People don't like mosquitoes in general, but they are here to stay -- all trillion trillion of them. We cannot get rid of all insect life with poisons in an attempt to stop a fairy tale virus.

The real danger involved in WNV is not the faux virus; it's all the chemicals we are exposed to. For example, DEET causes neurological illness very similar to the disease claimed to be WNV, especially in children. And vector control agencies usually encourage the use of it (www.pesticide.org/DEET.pdf) . It is quite possible that many supposed cases of WNV are actually poisoning from the DEET that is meant to stop infection from the WNV that doesn't exist.

Dubious Sources For One Common Mosquito Chemical

The label of Pyrenone 25-5, which is sprayed in neighborhoods here in California, states it is "Public Health Insecticide." The label implies that poisoning people will improve "public health" (www.fightthebite.net/download/labels/PY...) . Pyrenone 25-5 is made by the now infamous Bayer Pharmaceutical Giant, which was originally part of I.G. Farben. I.G. Farben made chemicals for the Holocaust and used slave labor. Dr. Otto Bayer was I.G. Farben's research director and worked with Americans to develop chemical weapons (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IG_Farben) . Bayer, in the mid 1980's, had a hemophiliac medication, mostly given to children, pulled from the U.S. market because patients were dying from it. The medication turned up positive for AIDS virus tests and must have been tainted with something, since like WNV there is no such thing as the AIDS virus. Bayer then knowingly took those tainted doses and, while the FDA turned a blind eye, sent millions of dollars worth to Europe, Latin American, and Asian Countries (www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS3mhjt7TrY) .

Mosquito Control, Or Population Control?

In California, where they are using Bayer's Pyrenone 25-5, many of the mosquito control districts have an alarming logo. The logo shows a triangle, usually with the tip pointed downward, indicating population reduction, with images of people and a mosquito. Why are people on the logo of mosquito control districts? Are people now considered "pests" to be controlled, along with the mosquitoes and rats on the logo? Population control is not an American phenomenon, by the way.

Take a look at this population control propaganda image from India, which encourages parents to have only one child. The logo states "One Is Fun" (www.knowledgedrivenrevolution.com/Artic...) .

Now look at the similar images from these mosquito control sources (not all mosquito control districts use this logo, but several do). The images are a bit tiny, but you can still see the similarities.

The website for the promotion of WNV fogging has a logo with people on it and is called the "I'm One" Program, which sounds very similar to "One Is Fun." What does "I'm One" have to do with mosquito fogging?? And why is there a mosquito in red and a human in red? Red usually is the color of a target (www.mosquito.org/im_one/about_im_one.asp) .

West Nile Virus Is Really Caused By Pollution

Researchers Jim West and David Crowe have been working tirelessly to expose the WNV fraud. Mr. West has researched other so-called viruses, and documented the true cause of polio. Polio also is not caused by a virus but by industrial pollution, most famously by DDT poisoning. DDT mainly came from cows eating pesticide-laden foods, which then showed up in high concentrations in milk and ice cream products. Mr. West believes WNV is not a virus but a "cellular response to environmental poisoning." Mr. West bases his research upon West Nile virus case recordings. When one is poisoned, certain things in the body change; for example, there are changes to blood serum and genes. And the test for WNV is not testing for a virus, but is actually measuring indications of bodily responses to environmental stress.

Mosquito control departments track the prevalence of WNV primarily by collecting dead birds. In most cases, the bird is tested for the presence of disease using the inaccurate WNV test. If the test turns out positive, then the assumption is automatically made that the bird must have died from WNV and not something else. This is the same as examining a dead body and stating that the person died of the cold virus because there were some antibodies in his blood. Never mind that he was 96 years old and didn't have a cold when he died; the belief is that a virus did it! Millions of birds die everyday, and some of them test positive in the researcher's lab. That does not mean they died from a virus, though. Coincidentally, of the 16 people who supposedly die from WNV in California every year, many or all of them already have compromised immune systems. Many of the people who supposedly die from WNV are elderly.

Rather than the virus being the culprit of bird deaths, there is another more plausible explanation. Mr. West writes, "Traditionally, bird behavior has served as an indicator of environmental quality. Birds are truly 'miner's canaries' -- reliable air assay tests" (www.geocities.com/noxot/wnvDBcty.htm) . The canary, which is more sensitive than humans to the presence of air pollutants, goes into the mine with the miner. If it gets sick or dies the miner knows he needs to leave the mine. So in all these counties indentifying sick birds, the dead birds could be an indication of the health of the environment, and not necessarily how much of the West Nile fairy tale virus there is.

Think about polluted ocean water. If ocean water has a bunch of sewage dumped into it, there might be a warning sign on the beach that states that the water has a high bacterial count. But the bacterial count is secondary to the fact that the sewage just got dumped into the ocean. The bacteria did not cause the ocean to be toxic -- the sewage did! In the same way, the prevalence of some type of positive test claimed to be WNV is akin to the bacteria in the ocean. WNV is the result, and not the cause, of a polluted ecosystem.

In other countries where there were epidemics of bird deaths, the deaths have been linked to poisoning and not to a virus. In one case, "scientists" initially claimed it was a virus. Upon careful investigation it was found that the epidemic was caused by birds eating agricultural seeds coated with poison (pesticide) (www.geocities.com/noxot/wnvDBcty.htm) .

In observing data from 62 counties in New York, Mr. West found that counties with poor air quality had a high incidence of positive WNV test results. Again, the positive test result has little or no correlation to the existence of WNV virus because... there is no such thing as WNV. In places with good air quality, there are little or no incidences of WNV positive test results. Mr. West also correlated the prevalence of WNV with the prevalence of MTBE in gasoline. It is highly likely that WNV positive test results are caused by the poisoning of birds from pollution -- primarily from cars or factories. Gasoline exhaust is a pollutant, whether or not it contains MTBE. (Remember, if someone turns their car on in a garage and keeps the doors closed, it could kill them.)

That WNV positive results are a result of environmental pollution is further backed up by evidence in Santa Clara County, near where I live. Birds claimed to have died from WNV are clustered next to freeways and some industry. The areas where they are found are clogged with cars and are geographically low lying, meaning they generally don't have good breezes. The densest pockets of WNV bird finds are often next to major highways, as can be seen in the map at this link: (www.sccgov.org/SCC/docs/Vector%20Contro...)/images/Map%20for%20Mosquito%20Search.jpg) .

Sick birds are the result of environmental pollution. Birds dying from illness (and not old age) should be a sign that something is wrong with our environment, not that some evil virus has caught hold and is killing all of them. Given that pollution and pesticides make birds sick, what would make the problem of dead birds worse? That's right, spraying more poison in the air -- i.e., mosquito fogging.

Let's not continue fooling ourselves with tales of a fake disease made to sound like a scary and dangerous plague from Africa -- West Nile Virus. Let's point our fingers at a real cause of disease: environmental pollution caused by our modern lifestyle. And let's look for a real cure: cleaning up the pollution, not spraying more chemicals.

Now's a good time to look for ways to change the way we live, and to open up to the infinite possibilities for the end of destructive and deadly behaviors (such as spraying dangerous chemicals on people without their consent). Below you'll find some California state laws that prohibit mosquito spraying. It is highly likely that similar laws exist in your state to protect the people from harmful sprays. Why is the government violating its own laws and tenets? And who is continuing to allow this to happen? Spraying under false pretenses constitutes public fraud and endangerment as well. I understand that federal law prohibits making false representations regarding claims about the safety of pesticides. The pesticides used in mosquito fogging are not safe. Take action to stop them in your area! Create a local action group or join one, and contact your local city and state public representatives. Get angry, get frustrated, get mad and let the world know, that you will not allow your community to be exposed to chemicals to protect against diseases that are not real. Remember, the government is supposed to protect your health, not try to poison you. Let "authorities" who are promoting lies and propaganda about viruses know your opinion on this and forward this article to as many people as possible. Please send a copy to your local vector control department (poison spraying department); your mayor, and your city, state and federal representatives. See what they say.

SAN FRANCISCO (Rethinking AIDS) Dec. 9, 2008--The international nonprofit scientific organization Rethinking AIDS gave its full support today to 37 senior researchers, medical doctors and legal professionals who are requesting that the medical journal Science withdraw four seminal papers on HIV authored by Dr. Robert Gallo--papers widely touted as proof that HIV is the "probable cause of AIDS." "With new findings that undermine the scientific integrity and veracity of Gallo's four papers, the entire basis of the theory that HIV causes AIDS may now be questioned," says Rethinking AIDS president David Crowe.

The letter to the journal comes at a time when the microbiology world is abuzz about Gallo's omission from the 2008 Nobel Prize in medicine for the discovery of HIV, contrary to an international agreement that the two teams should share credit. French scientists Drs. Luc Montagnier and Francoise Barré-Sinoussi are instead to be given the award, a decision that also implicitly questions the scientific integrity of Gallo's claim of the discovery. Montagnier, however, admitted on camera [http://www.virusmyth.com/aids/hiv/dtinterviewlm.htm] more than a decade ago that his experiments did not purify any virus.

The four papers were originally published on May 4, 1984, a few days after a press conference by Gallo announcing he had discovered the "probable cause of AIDS." Now, a British investigative journalist has shown that Gallo's claim was based on last-minute alterations to documents that make false claims about the results of his lab work and research experiments. The letter to Science sent by the 37 experts on Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, includes a copy of Gallo's handwritten changes to the article, a letter from an electron microscopy expert indicating that Gallo's samples did not contain any virus, and a letter from Gallo to a researcher verifying that HIV could not be purified directly from human materials.

The investigative conclusion prompting the letter to Science was made by journalist Janine Roberts, author of Fear of the Invisible, a book that examines the origin of several disease theories. "I was shocked when I read the original draft of the key scientific paper now widely cited as proving HIV causes AIDS," says Roberts. "Gallo's handwritten last-minute changes had reversed what the scientists in his lab had originally concluded. This demonstrates a stunning disregard for the scientific process and a very disturbing breach of public trust."

It is clear that the seminal research published on HIV contained unjustified claims and alterations. In 1993, governmental investigators determined Gallo had so poorly recorded his key and much-cited experiment that it was impossible to repeat and verify it.

In the early 1990s, several highly critical reports on the research underlying Gallo's papers were produced as a result of governmental inquiries working under the supervision of scientists nominated by the National Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Medicine. The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services concluded that the lead paper of the four was "fraught with false and erroneous statements" and that the "ORI believes that the careless and unacceptable keeping of research records . . . reflects irresponsible laboratory management that has permanently impaired the ability to retrace the important steps taken." Further, a Congressional Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations produced a staff report on the papers, containing scathing criticisms of their integrity.

Christine Maggiore was a successful entrepreneur in international business when she unexpectedly tested HIV positive during a routine medical exam in 1992. In May of 2005, tragedy struck when Christine’s three year-old daughter, Eliza Jane Scovill, died suddenly and unexpectedly following treatment with an antibiotic for a simple ear infection. Four months later, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office declared Eliza Jane’s death was due to AIDS-related pneumonia. News sources around the world reported on the announcement and followed the drama of a 12-month criminal investigation (see JusticeForEJ.com for details) that focused on potential charges of negligent homicide.

Critics of her controversial work celebrated the coroner’s conclusion and openly expressed hope that Christine would be arrested and silenced. Instead, after a year of inquiry, the police investigation was closed with no charges filed, and Christine and her husband filed a civil suit against the LA County coroner’s office for maliciously claiming a cause of death for their daughter that is not supported by biomedical evidence.

Almost 17 years after testing HIV positive, and despite life’s many challenges, Christine continues to enjoy remarkable good health without the use of AIDS treatments or other pharmaceutical interventions. She lives in a suburb of Los Angeles, California with her husband and partner of 12 years, Robin Scovill, a filmmaker and real estate investor, and their son Charlie, age 11, whose interests include studying cello and piano and playing ice hockey.

Christine is currently working on a book about Eliza Jane and the witch hunt inspired by her death while running Alive & Well, working as supervised visitation monitor for family court, and heading up The Shaken Justice Project, an effort that provides legal, medical and peer support to innocent parents and caretakers wrongly accused of crimes after the sudden and unexpected death of a child.

Her interests include spending time with family and friends, cooking, holistic medicine, healing the environment, independent and international films (especially French and Italian), reading, gardening, camping, and daily walks with the two family dogs.

About David Crowe

David Crowe received an honours degree in biology and mathematics in 1978 from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada with a thesis and later publication based on computer analysis of many-dimensional biological data to estimate evolutionary relationships. This research was the first to hypothesize and provide evidence that a species of plant (Bidens connata) was most likely actually a hybrid of two other species.

In the early 1990s, David became interested in the scientific controversy of whether HIV causes AIDS after hearing a CBC radio program by Colman Jones. Knowing about the corruption that exists in science from his experiences as an environmentalist, and also knowing the limits of scientific knowledge, he started a project that would enable him to render an informed decision on the question of HIV. The project–still ongoing–is to read all the major scientific literature on HIV and AIDS.

In 1999, David founded the Alberta Reappraising AIDS Society with the goal of providing science-based information to people around the world in order to enable them to make their own decisions about HIV testing and treatment.

In 2000, David became active in AnotherLook, a research organization established by Marian Tompson, one of the co-founders of La Leche League International in the 1950s. Another Look is dedicated to scientific verification the common view that breastfeeding by HIV-positive women is dangerous. As a member of the advisory board of Another Look, David has contributed to a number of articles and letters on the topic of HIV and breastfeeding that have been published in the medical literature or Another Look’s web site

After reading in the news about the case of Sophie Brassard, a Montreal woman who was losing custody of her children because she refused to give them AIDS drugs, David became concerned with the human rights violations that take place under the banner of HIV prevention. He now works with legal professionals around the world to help prevent or remedy situations in which people are coerced into taking drugs, separated from their children or sent to jail based on unfounded assumptions about the transmission of HIV and the development of AIDS.

After serving three years as a board member of Rethinking AIDS, an international organization of doctors, scientists and journalists who question the HIV=AIDS theory, David was appointed president in 2008. During his tenure as RA president he hopes to make the organization a leader in the provision of uncorrupted scientific information to the media, scientists, politicians and anyone who is interested in whether the HIV hypothesis of AIDS is a fact or a grand illusion.

Dispelling the notion that AIDS rethinkers are political conservatives, David was one of the founders of the Green Party of Alberta in 1990. He is also involved with the Green Party at the federal level.

Semmelweis Endorses Scientists’ Call for Science to RETRACT Fraudulent Reports on HIV

Washington DC, Dec 9 – Nearly 25 years after the publication of four foundational articles on HIV and AIDS, prominent scientists, physicians and legal experts are now asking for their removal from the journal Science.

Their request is based upon new evidence that Dr. Robert Gallo - the former National Cancer Institute (NCI) researcher who declared he had found the probable cause of AIDS - had actually based his claims on his own unverified last-minute alterations to lab reports and experiments.

The letter's 37 signatories include medical doctors, chemists, oncologists, university professors, virologists, researchers, pathologists, AND biologists.

After fellow researcher Matthew Gonda PhD informed Gallo that his electron microscopy showed no evidence of a virus in 1984, Gallo used Gonda's name and photographs to corroborate his claim that he had isolated the virus. Because the majority of all subsequent AIDS research is predicated on the assumption that Gallo's research was legitimate, the ramification of these findings of fraud raises serious questions regarding past and current US policy toward AIDS research.

It now appears that Gallo never produced any evidence or proof that HIV attacks cells or causes AIDS. As a result of his unchallenged claims, Gallo was officially declared one of two co-discoverers of the HIV in 1984.

Gallo left NCI after the Dept's of Health's Office of Research Integrity (ORI) accused him of committing scientific misconduct (1992). Although the evidence against him was considerable a legal technicality prevented criminal charges from being filed.

Gallo shares a patent for HIV tests that generates millions of dollars in annual revenue, although the tests do not detect the presence of the virus itself or any unique or specific components of HIV. No HIV test manufacturer has ever claimed that their tests detect HIV or AIDS.

The new findings were first admitted into evidence during a Congressional investigation (Dingell-1993) that focused on questions related to Gallo's alleged theft of cell culture samples. Those hearings never examined the actual fabrication of research.

The ORI reported that Gallo's "irresponsible laboratory management has permanently impaired the ability to retrace the important steps taken." Not only did Gallo's conduct prevent fellow scientists from verifying his research, but Gallo distributed research materials with the express stipulation that his experiments not be repeated.

Semmelweis Society International (SSI) has determined that the new evidence does not conflict with the findings of it's own investigation which was initiated after a former medical student raised questions about AIDS in Africa.

Are you a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S. ?

Are you legally eligible to hold the Office of President?

Dear Mr. Obama:

Representing thousands of responsible American citizens who have also taken an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I am duty bound to call on you to remedy an apparent violation of the Constitution.

Compelling evidence supports the claim that you are barred from holding the Office of President by the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution. For instance:

• You have posted on the Internet an unsigned, forged, and thoroughly discredited, computer-generated birth form created in 2007, a form that lacks vital information found on any original, hand signed Certificate of Live Birth, such as hospital address, signature of attending physician, and age of mother.

• Hawaii Dept of Health will not confirm your assertion that you were born in Hawaii.

• Legal affidavits state you were born in Kenya.

• Your grandmother is recorded on tape saying she attended your birth in Kenya.

• U.S. Law in effect in 1961 denied U.S. citizenship to any child born in Kenya if the father was Kenyan and the mother was not yet 19 years of age.

• In 1965, your mother legally relinquished whatever Kenyan or U.S. citizenship she and you had by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.

You have repeatedly refused to provide evidence of your eligibility when challenged to do so in a number of recent lawsuits. Instead, you have been successful in having judges declare that they are powerless to order you to prove your eligibility to assume the Office of President.

Incredibly, the judge in Hawaii actually said it would be an invasion of your privacy for him to order access to your original birth certificate in order to prove your eligibility to hold the Office of President.

Before you can legitimately exercise any of the powers of the President you must meet all the criteria for eligibility established by the Constitution. You are under a moral, legal, and fiduciary duty to proffer such evidence. Should you assume the office as anyone but a bona fide natural born citizen of the United States who has not relinquished that citizenship, you would be inviting a national crisis that would undermine the domestic peace and stability of the Nation. For example:

• You would always be viewed by many Americans as a poseur - a usurper.

• As a usurper , you would be unable to take the required "Oath or Affirmation" on January 20 without committing the crime of perjury or false swearing, for being ineligible you cannot faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States.

• You would be entitled to no allegiance, obedience, or support from the People.

• The Armed Forces would be under no legal obligation to remain obedient to you.

• No civilian in the Executive Branch would be required to obey any of your proclamations, Executive Orders, or directives, as such orders would be legally void.

• Your appointments of Judges to the Supreme Court would be void.

• Congress would not be able to pass any needed legislation because it would not be able to acquire the signature of a bona fide President.

• Congress would be unable to remove you, a usurper, from the Office of the President on Impeachment, inviting certain political chaos including a potential for armed conflicts within the General Government or among the States and the People to effect the removal of such a usurper.

In consideration of the escalating constitutional crisis brought on by the total lack of evidence needed to conclusively establish your eligibility, I am compelled to serve you with this First Amendment Petition for a Redress of this violation of the Constitution.

With all due respect, I ask that you immediately direct the appropriate Hawaiian officials to allow access to the vault copy of your birth certificate by our forensic scientists on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, December 5, 6, and 7, 2008.

In addition, I ask that you deliver the following documentary evidence to the National Press Club in Washington DC by 10 a.m. on December 8, 2008, marked for my attention:

• A certified copy of your original, signed "vault" birth certificate.

• Certified copies of your reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham, and Barry Dunham.

• A certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship.

• A certified copy of your Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity.

• Certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School.

• Certified copies of any legal documents changing your name.

Each member of the Electoral College, who is committed to casting a vote on December 15, 2008, has a constitutional duty to make certain you are a natural-born citizen. As of today, there is no evidence in the public record (nor have you provided any) that defeats the claim that you are barred by law from assuming the Office of President because you fail the Constitution’s eligibility requirements.

All state Electors are now on Notice that unless you provide documentary evidence before December 15, that conclusively establishes your eligibility, they cannot cast a vote for you without committing treason to the Constitution.

"In a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy." Olmstead v. U.S., 277 U.S. 438

Emergency Number 2 Coming Right Up, Courtesy of the Lame Duck Administration

Make no mistake - as the days of the Bush Administration draw to a close, Industry shills inside the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) are ramming through regulations (which acquire the force of law once finalized) which weaken protection for human and environmental health to a degree which leaves the observer nearly speechless.

USDA has released a proposed rule gutting any meaningful oversight of GMO (genetically engineered) crops and allowing biotech companies to grow food crops engineered to produce drugs and industrial chemicals without protection for conventional or organic crops. It is imperative to remember that GMO foods are deemed "substantially equivalent" because of a 1992 Executive Order by then-President George Bush, Sr., NOT because of any scientific or epidemiological studies. It is imperative, too, to recall that the genetic material from these crops and animals enters the genetic material of humans or animals consuming it and mingles in totally uncontrolled ways with all plants once GMO crops are grown outdoors. Once mingled, there is no one on the planet who can say with certainty what the short or long term consequences of that mingling will be. All independently conducted science, however, shows, often to the surprise of the scientist, devastating health and environmental consequences.

Four years ago the FDA promised stricter oversight of GMO plants. None of the oversight promised has occurred and the new rule opens even wider holes in any regulatory restrictions despite the strong desire of US and global consumers to avoid GMO foods through labeling and selection. The new rule will make that virtually impossible:

Biotech companies will assess their OWN crops to determine whether USDA SHOULD regulate them. Since the criteria are loose, open and subjective, the outcome is assured: no regulation.
Biotech companies will be able to grow UNTESTED crops without any USDA oversight whatsoever, making, according to the USDA contamination of conventional and organic crops with untested GMO material "more likely".
This contamination does not bother USDA regulators since the new rule allows "Low Level Presence" of GMO material in BOTH conventional "organic" food, feed and seed.
Outdoor cultivation of pharmaceutical-producing and industrial material-producing crops is allowed without supervision or restriction. The cross pollination of other plants, weeds, feed and food crops with this material is assured. The consequences include drugs and industrial chemicals ending up in our food and animal feed.
The rule virtually assures that the DNA to produce these materials will wind up in our own DNA and that of the animals we eat. Both consumer and food industry groups have urged controls on this practice, but the USDA is determined to ignore that input.
USDA refuses to propose any controls on GMO plants which require or tolerate high levels of pesticide or herbicide use. Insects and weeds both adapt to the presence of these toxins and become resistant to them. Chemical resistant GMO DNA mixes with the genetic material of weeds and insects: an epidemic of super weeds and pests has already resulted.
In a move to vitiate State and local authorities from protecting farmers and consumers from these regulations, a last minute "correction" bars state or local regulation of GE crops more protective than its own weak rule.

The USDA is following the lead of the FDA by opening new loopholes which make consumer and environmental protection meaningless. The new rule will be of great benefit to Biotech companies who already have more than free reign to contaminate and then own the entire food stock of the US and beyond.

Health and Freedom Options the FDA Wishes You Did Not Know About!

News flash! Neither the USDA nor the FDA are your friends. They do share a great deal, however: Both care a lot about keeping industry happy and nothing at all about keeping you healthy.

"The world is governed by far different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes" (Benjamin Disraeli).

"Give me control over a nation's currency, and I care not who makes the laws" (Mayer Rothschild).

Conspiracy theory is the theory that most of the world is secretly governed by a small group of men who operate behind the scenes. Conspiracy theory is now an accepted turn of phrase but sometimes one hears the expression, sometimes whispered rather than spoken. "The Illuminati".

What does this mean? Who are the Illuminati? They are, in essence, a cartel of international bankers and industrialists based in Western Europe and North America. The names of certain families persist over long periods of time. Some of the most important names are Rothschild, Rockefeller, Morgan, Lazard, Warburg, Schroder and Schiff.

The pivotal family is probably the house of Rothschild, the descendants of Mayer Rothschild (1743 - 1812) of Frankfurt. The male descendants of this family, for at least two generations, generally married first cousins or even nieces. The family established banking institutions in Vienna, London, Naples and Paris as well as Frankfurt. Ever since the middle ages, these families have been building their power by lending money at rates of interest to the monarchies and governments of Europe who were forever in debt, particularly in times of war. Sooner than tax the population to raise funds, always an unpopular measure, they usually preferred to borrow money from the money-lenders. This was the birth of the concept "the national debt." The countries of the world are forever in debt but where there is a debtor there is a creditor - who is this money owed to? It is owed to this coterie of international bankers.

By the nineteenth century the power of the Rothschild family was immense. They increased their wealth with great cunning and cleverness, while maintaining a low public profile. A notable example of their methods was their exploitation of the battle of Waterloo. The Rothschilds had spies watching the course of the battle and as soon as became evident that Wellington had won, a Rothschild agent traveled at maximum speed to London, arriving hours before Wellington's own messenger. Rothschild received the messenger and began conspicuously selling his stocks. The whole stock exchange assumed that Wellington had lost and Napoleon had won so everybody started selling, at this point, other Rothschild agents bought up huge stocks at give-away prices. Thus an already massive fortune was massively increased.

The Rockefeller family may be equally important. The pivotal figure in this family was J.D.Rockefeller, who made his fortune out of Standard Oil or Esso in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He also controlled the railroads. When rival road transport systems were established he attempted to block them by parking his trains across the roads at level crossings. His basic business technique was the elimination of competitors at all costs, followed by the establishment of a monopoly, followed by profit taking. He rapidly gained a name for huge wealth, secrecy and hard and dirty business practice. In his later years he had a harsh and gaunt appearance, so to counter his bad "public image" JD more or less invented the PR industry. He had short films of himself made, calculated to charm the public, himself playing golf with a pretty little child for instance. This film was shown on TV recently. It has a rather false and amateurish air but was very effective with the public of the day.

The Rockerfellers currently have controlling interests in Exxon (the world's biggest company) and the Chase Manhattan Bank, which turns over trillions of dollars a week. With so many billions in their hands already, what does more money mean? Obviously it means more power and more control over other human beings, but to what end and in whose name?

Apparently in the name of Lucifer, the fallen angel also known as the bringer of light, hence the name "Illuminati", which means "the enlightened ones". Lucifer is also known for the characteristics of pride, deception and impermanence. The illuminati were apparently founded in Bavaria in 1770 by one Adam Weisshaupt, a student of the Jewish philosopher Mendelsohn, and backed by the Rothschild family. The society has always been based on the lodges of Freemasonry, which was taken over at the highest levels during the course of the eighteenth century by agents of the Illuminati. Freemasonry is a very secretive institution, to the extent that members at one level do not know what members at another level are doing. Hence it is an organisation which is full of bonhomie and good deeds at the lower and middle levels, while its motives and deeds at the highest levels veer towards the dark side.

Both Freemasonry and Judaism have strong roots in the ancient Egyptian systems of religious belief, and it was this very similarity which attracted the illuminati to Freemasonry, for most of them were Jewish. It is a source of controversy today to speculate whether or not they are still predominantly Jewish. No unfair racism intended - they either are or they aren't. Certainly there is much evidence to suggest that they are not, George Bush for instance, a prominent illuminati figure and obviously not Jewish.

The United States of America is more or less a creation of Freemasonry. The symbol of Freemasonry was placed on the cornerstone of the Whitehouse, while the assembled Freemasons lodges stood and watched the ceremony. The famous all-seeing eye in the pyramid appears on the one dollar bill. It is one of the main symbols of Freemasonry. This bill also bears the inscription, in Latin, "1776, the year of inception of a new world order". If one joins the dots formed by the stars of the thirteen original states one obtains an exact Star of David.

The goal of the IlIuminati is total control of the world. The only nations, which are holding out against their power, are some Islamic nations and China but this resistance is limited because the Illuminati have crushing economic power.

There are certain methods of subjugation and control which are indispensable to this power. The first is, of course, complete control over all financial systems, all borrowing and lending. All banks, all building societies, all insurance companies have to be under their control. At the lowest level even the smallest bank will be forced to toe the line. At the highest level the World Bank decides the fate of countries. It is an interesting and amazing fact that both the Federal Reserve Bank and the Bank of England are controlled by these Illuminati dynasties, in spite of the names of these banks, which suggest that they are run for public benefit. It is said that both Abraham Lincoln and John Kennedy wanted to change this system.

The second essential component is control of the media. It is controlled through business fashion. If the board meeting, or the management meeting, or the sales meeting, or the training meeting suggests that facts should be presented in a certain way, who is going to present them differently? There is an implied threat to one's job and one's career. Few people would gladly face demotion, retrenchment or the dole and most people are so ambitious they will do nearly anything "reasonable" to court favour with their superiors. This is how business is controlled and the media is the most important part of business, for it controls people's minds. People are very suggestible and often lend more credence to what they see on "the box" than to what happens on their own street. The Illuminati know this and use this suggestibility factor to the full. Lenin's key move during the Russian revolution was the capture of the radio station.

The third factor in the control system is the universities, and through them the whole education system. Particular effort is put into the schools of sociology, politics, economics and education, hence "liberal" systems of education which are often degenerate and even violent. Their men are inserted into the universities through the power of funding by big business. They then spread their influence downwards through tertiary to secondary and primary education.

The fourth factor is the enormous influence wielded by two similar organisations, The Council of Foreign Relations in the USA and the Royal Institute of International Affairs in England. These institutions are schools for statesmen, Illuminati statesmen. They are the stamping grounds of men such as Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinksi and Lord Carrington. These two "think tanks" have a crucial influence on all US and British governments, no matter which party is "in power". The statesmen produced by these institutions can and do decide the fate of nations.The tax-exempt foundations are also instruments of Illuminati power. The Ford foundation and the Rockefeller foundation are two prominent examples of this type of "charitable" institution. They were heavily involved in supporting various communist powers when the cold war was at its height. Communism versus capitalism arms race = more money and power for the Illuminati. So these are some of the structures through which the Illuminati work but what methods do they use?

Pitting one side against the other, using a theory devised by Hegel, which is: Thesis versus antitheses - synthesis.

Every force tends to have an opposite counterforce. The conflict between the two results in a new situation, the synthesis. The illuminati make it their business to be the synthesis. Thus no problem situation is ever "nipped in the bud" it is rather fostered and used, just as the Soviet Union was fostered and used.

The insertion of immigrant groups into countries is a variation of this divide and rule process. Each group can be played off against the other.

"Double talk" and "double think". George Orwell knew instinctively what was going on when he invented these two expressions:
I categorically deny = it will happen a bit later.
Peace = war by another means.

To say one thing and do another is fundamental to Illuminati practice. They believe that the public will accept these lies through laziness and wishful thinking. Unfortunately they are usually correct.

"Keep them busy busy busy, back on the farm with the other animals." We are kept so busy with business (or busyness) that we do not understand or participate in the decisions and events that will crucially affect our future.

When a real power move is made it is usually done secretly and suddenly often with the pretence that nothing has happened. There is preparation for opposition, but conflict is often not necessary as most people have been trained to be so passive that they will probably not create an effective opposition.

Use of front men in important positions. These front men have the characteristic of "servile obedience", probably because of a blot or blots on their character which they are anxious to conceal. Most of the Presidents of the USA fall into this category. The current situation springs to mind. Behind the opponent stands the man with real power, who has long been groomed for this position. Men like Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski and George Bush are in this category.

The assassination of opposing leaders as quietly and as secretly as possible, so as to simulate a natural death. If this is not possible due to time constraints or other limited circumstances, surrogates are used and the lines of suspicion are covered by deception, false accusation and if necessary, multiple assassinations. Induced heart attacks, fake motor accidents and apparent suicides are also favoured methods of assassination.

Social engineering. An easily manipulated rabble is what is required. Mixed population groups with weak morals, weak traditions, low educational standards and weak group willpower are the aim. Those with special aptitudes can be taken out and trained to serve the illuminati for technical purposes, security purposes or as part of the propaganda apparatus. The middle class will become surplus to requirements and will be reduced to relative poverty.

Mockery and submission of the manners and morals of societies which show any resistance. Control of the media, the fashion industries and the education systems are essential components in this strategy. "Free love", the cult of youth, mockery of the Christian and Muslim faiths also fall into this category. "I don't give a rats ass about Jesus Christ" is one recent masterpiece from one of Hollywood's biggest starts. He probably didn't realise what he was saying, which makes him a "useful idiot'. A "useful idiot" is much more effective than a conscious supporter. By these means of subversion societies and nations are conquered from within and open battle is usually not necessary.

The conduct of unrelenting economic warfare. This is the real war and continues even while the bombs are falling and the bullets are flying. The important part is the control of the enemy's economy after the conflict. The recent economic crash in the far-eastern countries is in reality an assertion of the Illuminati's economic power, an expression of economic dominance. The Illuminati now control 10-15% of the Japanese economy. This is public knowledge, that is what has been bought at bargain prices. In reality they probably control much more.

Control and exploitation of the standards of public health. The sale of prescription drugs is a huge business generating mega profits. Medical operations and treatments can also be very profitable to big business. These extreme treatments have their place but are over-used for the sake of profit.

In fact big business, particularly the big drug companies, have a vested interest in the ill health of the population. These companies, working through the US Food and Drug Administration, have tried to suppress the health food industry. In this they have largely failed but now the game is to own it and control it so that health foods can only be afforded by the elite.

Argument through defamation of character. The factual debate is ignored while characters are defamed. This is usually a very effective technique as many human beings are very suggestible and seem reluctant to use their reasoning abilities. Thus a "smear campaign" can easily draw attention away from the facts.

To conclude, it is growing increasingly evident that a world government is developing, and many would say that it is probably no bad thing, but few have asked for what purpose this "new world order" is created. Nor have they asked themselves what the consequences will be. These consequences (or some of them) will probably be as follows:

• Increasing profits for big business, increasing poverty for the middle class (who they despise). A rapid decline in moral standards and the promotion of social decay.

• Transience. Jobs that don't last; neighbourhoods that don't last.

• Increasing levels of crime and violence.

• Decline and demise of public services; replacement by private enterprise - good service for the few who can afford it.

• Ongoing ill health for the bulk of the population because of stress; poor quality foods; food additives; genetic engineering; pollution and drugs. There may be good health for those who can afford it - only the rich and well informed.

• The gradual phasing out of national governments, which will have powers more like the regional governments of today.

• The formation of several conglomerations like the United States.

In time a world leader will be announced, a real one this time. A pity he will have a cynical contempt for the most of humanity. Do we deserve it?

Six Good Reasons to Avoid the Flu Shot

avoid spending time feeling horrendously bad over the winter. Elderly
people are especially warned that without a flu shot, their health could
be in serious jeopardy. In recent years, this warning has been extended
to children, and more recently even teenagers. Yet there is mounting
evidence that flu shots do not guarantee a healthy winter, and in fact
they cause far more harm than good.

Here are 6 reasons to avoid getting a flu shot.

1.There is absolutely no evidence that flu shots actually work. The flu
shot is only able to protect against certain strains of the flu, so if
you come into contact with a strain that you are not protected from,
then you will still get the flu. This is in fact not uncommon. In 2004,
The National Vaccine Information Center reported that the vaccine given
that year did not contain the flu strain that caused the majority of flu
outbreaks that year. A study published in the Lancet in August revealed
that there was no correlation between the flu shot and reduced risk of
pneumonia. Further, a large study of 260,000 children between 23 month
and 6 discovered that the flu vaccine is no more effective that a
placebo. This was reported in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.

2.The flu vaccines, as well as all other vaccines contain mercury, which
is a seriously health compromising heavy metal. Vaccines contain
Thimerosal, which is made up of mercury. The amount of mercury contained
in a multi-dose flu shot is 250 times higher in mercury than what is
legally classified as hazardous waste. Side affects of mercury toxicity
are vast and include depression, memory loss, attention deficit
disorder, anger, oral cavity disorders, digestive disorder, anxiety,
cardiovascular problems, respiratory issues, thyroid and other glandular
imbalances, and low immune system to name a few.

3.The flu vaccines contain antibiotics such as neomycin, polymyxin B and
gentamicin which are added to eliminate stray bacteria found in the
mixture. Evidence shows that antibiotics wipe out beneficial bacteria
that is needed for optimum health. Antibiotics ironically lower the
immune system and cause Candida overgrowth.

4.Vaccines contain Polysorbate 80 as an emulsifier. This highly toxic
agent can seriously lower the immune system and cause anaphylactic shock
which can kill. According to the MSDS sheet at Science lab.com, section
11, polysorbate 80 may cause reproductive effects, cancer, and may be a
mutagenic, (change the genetics), in animals. According to PubMed.Gov,
neonatal rats that were injected with small doses of polysorbate 80 had
serious damage to their reproductive organs, often resulting in
infertility. Imagine that they are recommending this for young girls!
It's no wonder that the infertility rate is skyrocketing each and every
year.

5.There is growing evidence that flu shots cause Alzheimer's disease due
to the aluminum and formaldehyde combined with mercury since they are
even more toxic together than they are alone. Some research suggests
that people who received the flu vaccine each year for 3 to 5 years had
10 times greater chance of developing Alzheimer's disease than people
who did not have any flu shots.

6.With so many potential side effects, it seems clear that the flu shot
is potentially dangerous while not making a difference anyway. In
addition, it is also completely unnecessary. Everything that we need to
enjoy amazing health is right here on planet earth. Nothing man made is
ever, ever needed in order to ward off illness and live vibrantly. Here
are some powerful ways that you can ensure you don't get the flu this
year without injecting yourself with the extremely toxic flu shot:

·Make sure that you get plenty of sunshine over the winter research
continually indicates that the winter flu is often a result of vitamin D
deficiency from lack of sun. If you live in a place without sunshine,
take cod liver oil, find a place that offers sunshowers (natural tanning
beds), and if it is sunny go outside as much as you possibly can no
matter how cold it is. Raw, unpasteurized milk is another vitamin D
abundant food.
·Exercise, exercise, exercise! When you get out and get your body
moving, you are much less likely to get sick. Yoga, for example is a
fabulous way to get fit, relieve stress and boost the immune system.
·Eat plenty of immune boosting foods such as garlic, vitamin C
containing fruits and fresh green juices (broccoli, cabbage, cucumber
and celery.) A diet rich in live foods is a sure way to stay healthy all
year long.
·Cut out sugar. Sugar suppresses the immune system and causes disease.
Today there are so many wonderful healthy alternatives such as agave

A Wasted Vote

When asked why they will not vote for a third party candidate, many people will respond by saying something like, "He cannot win." Or, "I don't want to waste my vote." It is true: America has not elected a third party candidate since 1860. Does that automatically mean, however, that every vote cast for one of the two major party candidates is not a wasted vote? I don't think so.

In the first place, a wasted vote is a vote for someone you know does not represent your own beliefs and principles. A wasted vote is a vote for someone you know will not lead the country in the way it should go. A wasted vote is a vote for the "lesser of two evils." Or, in the case of John McCain and Barack Obama, what we have is a choice between the "evil of two lessers."

Albert Einstein is credited with saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result. For years now, Republicans and Democrats have been leading the country in the same basic direction: toward bigger and bigger government; more and more socialism, globalism, corporatism, and foreign interventionism; and the dismantling of constitutional liberties. Yet, voters continue to think that they are voting for "change" when they vote for a Republican or Democrat. This is truly insane!

Take a look at the recent $700 billion Wall Street bailout: both John McCain and Barack Obama endorsed and lobbied for it. Both McCain and Obama will continue to bail out these international banksters on the backs of the American taxpayers. Both McCain and Obama support giving illegal aliens amnesty and a path to citizenship. In the debate this past Tuesday night, both McCain and Obama expressed support for sending U.S. forces around the world for "peacekeeping" purposes. They also expressed support for sending combat forces against foreign countries even if those countries do not pose a threat to the United States. Neither Obama nor McCain will do anything to stem the tide of a burgeoning police state or a mushrooming New World Order. Both Obama and McCain support NAFTA and similar "free trade" deals. Neither candidate will do anything to rid America of the Federal Reserve, or work to eliminate the personal income tax, or disband the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Both Obama and McCain support the United Nations. So, pray tell, how is a vote for either McCain or Obama not a wasted vote?

But, back to the "he cannot win" argument: to vote for John McCain is to vote for a man who cannot win. Yes, I am saying it here and now: John McCain cannot win this election. The handwriting is on the wall. The Fat Lady is singing. It is all over. Finished. John McCain cannot win.

With only three weeks before the election, Barack Obama is pulling away. McCain has already pulled his campaign out of Michigan. In other key battleground states, McCain is slipping fast. He was ahead in Missouri; now it is a toss-up or leaning to Obama. A couple of weeks ago, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida were all leaning towards McCain, or at least toss-up states. Now, they are all leaning to Obama. Even the longtime GOP bellwether state of Indiana is moving toward Obama. In addition, new voter registrations are at an all-time high, and few of them are registering as Republicans. In fact, the Republican Party now claims only around 25% of the electorate, and Independents are increasingly leaning toward Obama.

Ladies and gentlemen, Barack Obama is headed for an electoral landslide victory over John McCain. John McCain can no more beat Barack Obama than Bob Dole could beat Bill Clinton.

I ask, therefore, Are not conservatives and Christians who vote for John McCain guilty of the same thing that they accuse people who vote for third party candidates of doing? Are they not voting for someone who cannot win? Indeed, they are. In fact, conservatives and Christians who vote for John McCain are not only voting for a man who cannot win, they are voting for a man who does not share their own beliefs and principles. If this is not insanity, nothing is!

So, why not (for once in your life, perhaps) cast a vote purely for principle! Vote for someone who is truly pro-life. Someone who would quickly secure our nation's borders, and end the invasion of our country by illegal aliens. Someone who would, on his first day in office, release Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean and fire U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton. Someone who would immediately, upon assuming office, begin leading the charge to dismantle the Federal Reserve, overturn the 16th Amendment, expunge the IRS, and return America to sound money principles. Someone who would get the US out of the UN. Someone who would stop spending billions and trillions of dollars for foreign aid. Someone who would prosecute the Wall Street bankers who defrauded the American people out of billions of dollars. Someone who would work to repeal NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, the WTO, and stop the NAFTA superhighway. Someone who would say a resounding "No" to the New World Order. Someone who would stop using our brave men and women in uniform as global cops for the United Nations. Someone who would stop America's global adventurism and interventionism. Someone who would steadfastly support and defend the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Are you voting based on knowledge of the candidate or are you voting based on what you've been "programmed" to believe and do?

Have you really researched "your pick" or are you simply voting for who is "popular"? - or simply feel you have to vote for the "lesser of two evils"? (Do you really have time during all the latest emergencies to pay attention and know what is going on? - do you even have time to READ THIS EMAIL)

Can you think for yourself or do you need someone else to tell you what to think?

I'm not voting for McCain or Obama because there is, in reality, no difference! They will both continue the destruction of the United States that was ramped up by the Bush administration.

Updates in red. Surely there will be more to come. If McCain actually wins I’ll have to do one for him, but if you read the entire post you’ll see my reason for being convinced Obama will win, so for now it seems a waste of time spending this much time on McCain. Obama people seem to keep spouting off that McCain would be worse, but if you read the REASON that answers the initial question you’ll see my counter to that. I’d personally rather have McCain or Hillary. I wouldn’t vote for either, ever, but the answer to my initial question in this post will explain why I would prefer either. It seems that everyone wants someone that they like, under a tyrannical system bent on our exploitation. Loving the figurehead leader of a deeply corrupted system that deserves radical undoing is insane to me. I enjoy most getting the same attacks that I used to get from the Bush supporters back when he was the one getting literally the same credit as Jesus Christ. Apparently talking about the following makes you a “conspiracy theorist” “nutter”: The fact that Obama & McCain both support the fantastical “War on Terror” and aggravating a ‘New Cold War’ all to continue a US foreign policy of runaway military spending that amounts to roughly $1trillion per year and 800 overseas military bases in over 155 of 200 total world nations.

Amidst all the potential nasties, I fear one thing most. And this one reason alone is why I’ve deeply felt for some time that he will surely be the one “elected”. And I’ll preemptively point out that the list of reasons that precedes this one thing almost wholeheartedly applies to McCain as well (worse in many cases).This won’t be a reason any Liberal or Conservative would ever expect, nor is the preceding list hardly particular in any ‘wedge issue’ topic. Vote None of the Above!

This is so massive I don’t even know where to begin.

…because Obama has set campaign funding record history in donations from the corporate & banking establishment(s) ? It’s striking that for the first time a Democrat has received more investments in these areas than the Republicans. Why would they invest in him?

…because Obama constantly talks about ‘giving the little guy (YOU) a fair shot’, and then refuses to attend a Presidential debate featuring nominees from the other ‘third’ parties ?

…because he’s calling for a Stasi-like “national security force” consisting of middle & high school children that is larger than the US military ?

…because Obama’s proposal for a civilian national security force “just as well funded” as the US military means costs somewhere towards the $1trillion per year that the Pentagon already enjoys ?

The FR has devalued the dollar to being worth less than 4 cents since its inception in 1913. The monetary system orchestrated by the FR is designed to suck the wealth from the lower & middle classes while preserving the riches of the wealthy. When the system is designed to exploit the weaker, limited tax cuts for the poor have a marginal effect, meanwhile an expanded war machine adjusts the tax losses for a marked portion of the elite, and an ever increasing National Debt ensures more profits for the bulk of the national bankers.

The Federal Reserve helped create the original Great Depression, and now they’ve done the same by helping to cause the ‘New Great Depression’ via the Subprime Mortgage disaster. Now “the Fed” is gaining more power in the fallout.

…because Obama, like McCain, supports the notion of a military draft (sounds similar to annual legislative proposals from another Democrat -who endorsed him- for a ‘universal’ military draft that includes all women ages 18-40) ?

…because Barack didn’t support Dennis Kucinich’s drive to impeach Bush & Cheney, stating that “impeachment is not acceptable” ?

…because Obama has pledged to let Bush’s crimes remain buried for all time ?

…because Obama & Biden disregard the fact that the primary motivation for 9/11 terror attacks on the US is US foreign policy itself (meaning that continuing the perpetual war policy literally means never ending perpetual war) ?

After years of propaganda from each side on these matters he doesn’t even have to directly engage in pure fearmongering. He merely needs to mention the issues and support them. The effects of others fearmongering is already there to invoke. FACT: there isn’t an actual consensus on man made “Global Warming”.

It turns out that most US military tank rounds -amongst many other munition types- are made from DU, which has a 4 billion year half-life and causes birth defects in now multiple countries where it has been used by US forces since the first Gulf War.

US Constitution says that “Congress shall have the power.. to declare war”. After WW2 the 2 Party System hasn’t declared a single war although fighting in dozens, arguably hasn’t won any, and many of them last to this day (Korea for example). The “Authorization” process has resulted in Vietnam & Iraq as prime examples.

Regardless of your view, it doesn’t take much research to conclude that the 9/11 Commission “investigation” was a total farce, and that the stakes are so high in this regard that to not insist on a full investigation goes beyond mere national suicide.

UPDATE: The day before 9/11, Joe Biden predicted 9/11′esque attacks, and then, in the days following Sept. 11th, he met with the Pakistani General who funded Mohammed Atta. Mahmood Ahmed, the General and head of the CIA-linked ISI, that was in Washington DC meeting with majority leaders of Congress during the attacks of 9/11, was never even mentioned during the 9/11 Commission hearings.

But suffice to say, many assume it has to do with Biblical scripture, but the part that doesn’t make sense is we still find the same support by the so-called ‘heathen’ Liberal elitists. The answer to this paradox is the key to understanding the whole point of Israel: Israel is simply a US imperial beach-headfortress in the Middle East, to ensure American Imperialism over the Middle East. Which means their tyrannical policies get the blind eye, not that the Israeli Lobby runs the United States.

NO! None of those are the reason.

I’m quite ‘used to’ those sorts of travesties & tyrannies already.

The reason is actually more simple and subtle: Crowd Control.

The Answer: Nobody can possibly subdue the masses like Obama can. That’s why he’s the Ruling Establishment’s man. After 8 years of BushCo. over half the population aren’t just pissed, they’re in complete dustrust of the government in general. The control scheme to keep us ignorant and asleep is falling apart at the seams. And even more important than just having a pissed off political party the nations youth are waking up at an ‘alarming’ rate. The youth are the ones who protest. And Black’s have a history of rioting, while the current economic meltdown promises to underhand Blacks in particular.

Only Obama can can get the bulk Democrat’s, The Youth and Minorities under his wing, while at the same time not having too much of the GOP base pissed to all whits end. Consider if Hillary would have “won”: virtually the entire GOP base would have been up in arms. While there will still be an us vs. them sense of defeat and so forth, the same amount of hate wouldn’t exist, especially not right away. And since Obama is apparently in a position to start taking on Neocon foreign policy positions he seems poised keep even some of the staunchest Neocon types content.Besides Hillary wouldn’t have ever had the Obama effect on The Youth.

Meanwhile, it’s The Youth in particular that must be put under wraps. Further, considering African American voter disfranchisement in the past 2 presidential elections, I’d say that they’re already a whits end. What better way to garner their unbridled support than to allow them to ‘vote’ for a ‘Black’ man? For the majority of the population to be willingly controlled, we must trust, we must “Believe In” the system in general and the election process in particular.

Let’s say you happen to be amongst the puppeteers who run the big show from behind the scenes. Like if you were one of the many deeply embedded in the Military Industrial Complex, the central banking scheme, the Big 5 Media, etc. You know, the people that steer (electioneer) and even rig the elections. Well if you’re one of these people then you face a serious problem: you can’t control a system when most of its population doesn’t trust you. Likewise, you can’t control an alert population. To maintain a hegemonic system of never ending perpetual war -bent on global domination- you need a subdued and dumbed down citizenry. In particular, you need the youth not only ignorant to the hard truth, but you also need them to believe in your government. Therefore, the more cult-like you can get them the better.

For a spell Bush enjoyed such a scenario. But where it lacked, especially after the invasion of Iraq, was only about half the population idolized he and ‘his’ government. It wasn’t too long before one half of the population cursed his name to the ranks of Hitler, and nowadays maybe half of his own ‘cult’ doesn’t dodge him like the plague. Many who once gobbled up his every breathe as truth handed down from God Almighty now have awoken to the morbid truth of a nightmare that runs much deeper than Bush and his cronies. That nightmare is best known as the “American Dream”.

Back to the ‘criminal profiler’ view, as central social engineering planners, by necessity of career and worldview, you see the ‘08 election coming. You’ve had several years to study ‘your’ ‘market’ and ‘your’ ‘audience’. So as you and your think-tanks contemplate the best way to ensure your future goals, it would already be obvious that you need your masses truly on board. Total subservience; Total acquiescence; Or at least as close as possible.

But now, during the final stages of your plot for world control, of true militaristic technological totalitarianism, you face the youth in new ways. Many things, but 2 things in particular, besides ‘the war’ itself, compel them. First, the nation is barreling towards being $10 trillion in national debt, which means its the youth in particular in trouble. Second, there’s this pesky new thing known as the Internet helping the masses wake up to the reality that your controlled media ‘pentopoly’ would normally divert them from.

In this 21st Century reality you need a 21st Century ‘leader’ to whip the 21st Century masses into an all-time cultish fervor. The obvious choice would be Barack Hussein Obama. You really couldn’t ask for more from your position. It’s the best of both worlds, and after-all, thanks to careful engineering over many decades, there are only 2 realities for the masses to pick from (Left or Right).

After nearly 8 years of rabid hatred from most of the one half, and the youth of the typically marginalized masses beginning to wake up, you must get these segments of your control scheme under wraps. Especially considering each have the War doctrine among the top items of their lists. When you’re executing Vietnam’esque policy you can’t have a repeat of the response to such. You’ve already learned that lesson.

The solution to maintaining your policy goals is not to actually strip away the policies, but rather send in the perfect man to convince the masses that the policies will “change” and therefore they can go back to bed. You need the perfect oratory hitman, from your own ranks, of course. And the masses need him, because after most of a lifetime of deep-concerns revolving around ballgames, TV commercials and power-shopping they are a strained citizenry in light of the painful truth of modern years.

So with Obama its a slam dunk. By gearing the foreign policy just right, you’ll be able to keep much of the Right at least content. You will only be able to please the some of the staunchest pro-war-mongers so far, but that’s ok because many of them are already over with “BushCo.” obsession. The Accused

The following persons from the political and military sectors of different countries are accused:

1.		George Walker Bush, U.S. President. He is the main political executor of the interests of the pharmaceutical/petrochemical cartel. He is the main political executor of the war crimes against Iraq and the other crimes of this complaint.
2.		Anthony Charles Lynton (“Tony”) Blair, Prime Minister of the U.K. He is the political head and executor for himself as well as an accomplice of George Bush in committing the crimes listed in this complaint.
3.		Richard Bruce (“Dick”) Cheney, U.S. Vice President. Cheney was the chief executive officer of the oil service provider Haliburton & Company from Dallas, Texas. After the conquest of Iraq, Haliburton became the key company for the economic plundering of Iraq under the pretence of reconstruction.
4.		Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense. Rumsfeld was Chief Executive Officer of several biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, among others the pharma-concern G. D. Searle, today part of Pharmacia. For several decades, he had the role of strategic organizer of the pharmaceutical “business with disease”. He received several awards of the pharmaceutical industry. Beside George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld was one of the main instigators of the war of aggression against Iraq.
5.		John Ashcroft, U.S. Attorney General at the time of the Iraq war. He was one of the strategists of the so-called Homeland Security Act, one of the organizational instruments by which the accused are systematically curtailing civil rights in the U.S. He was responsible for protectionist legislation that would essentially grant immunity to the pharmaceutical industry from being held responsible for their crimes in the U.S. He was replaced as Attorney General by Alberto Gonzales in February 2005.
6.		Tom Ridge, Secretary of Homeland Security at the time of the Iraq war, an accomplice of John Ashcroft in cementing the political and economic control of the accused with the purpose to continue their unscrupulous business with disease and other crimes by systematically curtailing civil rights in the U.S. He was replaced by Michael Chertoff in February 2005.
7.		Condoleezza Rice, U.S. Security Advisor at the time of the Iraq war and in February 2005 appointed to head the Department of State. She is a former director of the petrochemical concern Chevron and was instrumental in promoting the war of aggression of the accused.
8.		Jacob Zuma Deputy President of South Africa and also of the African National Congress, the ruling party. Deputy President Zuma considers that nutrition is not a substitute for appropriate HIV and Aids treatment
9.		Ben Turok African National Congress Member of Parliament for the constituency of Muizenberg in South Africa. Professor Turok is the sole surviving member of the original underground leadership structure of the South African Communist Party, which he joined in the late 1950s. After appearing to be allied to the principles of health, peace and social justice, Turok has recently voiced his support for the Treatment Action Campaign and called for the removal of the “…scourge of Rath.”
10.		Dianne Kohler Barnard South African Democratic Alliance Spokesperson on Health and a well known radio journalist launched a tirade of personal abuse against Dr. Rath and the South African Health Minister Manto Tshabalala Msimang consisting of half-truths, fabrications and downright lies.
11.		Professor Kader Asmal former South African Minister of Education and senior African National Congress MP has called the scientifically validated nutritional treatment of Aids “quackery”
12.	Other politicians as well as national and international political bodies who in the course of further investigation will be found to have participated in committing these crimes or financially benefited from them.
13.	Members of the military who participated, or in the course of further investigation will be found to have participated in committing these crimes or financially benefited from them.

In the pharmaceutical sector, the following companies are accused:

1.		Pfizer Inc., the Chief Executive Officer Henry A. McKinnell, Ph.D., the other Executives and the Board of Directors.
2.		Merck & Co., Inc., the Chief Executive Officer Richard T. Clark, the other Executives and the Board of Directors.
3.		GlaxoSmithKline PLC, the Chief Executive Officer Dr Jean-Pierre Garnier, the other Executives and the Board of Directors.
4.		Novartis AG, the Chief Executive Officer Dr Daniel Vasella, the other Executives and the Board of Directors.
5.		Amgen Inc., the Chief Executive Officer Kevin Sharer, the other Executives and the Board of Directors.
6.		Astra Zeneca, the Chief Executive Officer Sir Tom McKillop, the other Executives and the Board of Directors.

In the petrochemical sector, the following corporations and their executives are accused:

1.		ExxonMobil Corporation, its Chief Executive Officer Lee R. Raymond, the other Executives and its Board of Directors.
2.		British Petroleum (BP), its Chief Executive Officer The Lord Browne of Madingley, FREng, the other Executives and its Board of Directors.
3.		Chevron Corporation, its Chief Executive Officer David O’Reilly, the other Executives and its Board of Directors.
4.	Other Petrochemical companiesExecutive Officers and Boards of Directors that benefit from the plunder and spoliation of the war of aggression against Iraq.

The financial groups behind these corporate multinationals:

1.		The Rockefeller Financial Group and the members of the Rockefeller Family in benefiting from the crimes committed.
2.	The Rothschild Group and all its members financially benefiting from these crimes.
3.	The JP Morgan Group and all its members financially benefiting from these crimes.
4.		J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, its Chief Executive Officer William B. Harrison Jr., the other Executives and its Board of Directors.
5.	Other financial institutions their Executive Officers, Boards of Directors and shareholders and others who in the course of further investigation will be found to have participated in committing these crimes or financially benefited from them.

Corporate lobbying & other interest groups:

1.		The Trilateral Commission and its members, a body founded by David Rockefeller to coordinate the interests of this investment group in the three areas of the world, U.S.A., Europe and Japan - hence, the name “trilateral” - including all members of this commission individually who are found guilty of participating in these crimes or benefiting from them financially.
2.		The Treatment Action Campaign a South African organization that is supported - among others - by the Rockefeller Foundation. It campaigns for the use of toxic anti-retroviral drugs for all AIDS sufferers. TAC chairperson Adurrazack (Zackie) Achmat is a vocal opponent of the South African government’s policy on AIDS treatment and anti-retroviral drugs. The TAC has been affirmed by the High Court of South Africa to be an organization that "organizes rented crowds for the drug industry" and "forces the government to spread disease and death among the people of South Africa."

The Jurisdiction Of The International Criminal Court Over The Accused

The accused committed the crimes outlined above, knowingly and deliberately and in full knowledge of all the circumstances surrounding their actions.

The crimes reported here have been committed against all mankind. The ICC in The Hague is the court governed by international law addressing these urgent issues.

Moreover, the ICC was established after WWII and the Nuremberg Tribunal, with the goal to prevent another tragedy from happening – possibly a world war.

1. Liability to prosecution of those bearing office

The accused can be both sentenced and punished by the International Criminal Court.

The Statute applies equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as a Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case exempt a person from criminal responsibility under the Statute of the ICC, nor shall it, in and of itself, constitute a ground for reduction of sentence (Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Statute).

Immunities or special procedural rules which may attach to the official capacity of a person, whether under national or international law, shall also not bar the Court from exercising its jurisdiction over such a person (Article 27, Paragraph 2 of the Statute).

2. Exclusion of criminal responsibility

None of the accused may invoke any of the grounds specified under Article 31 of the Statute for excluding criminal responsibility.

The accused were acting in full knowledge about the illegitimacy of their actions. Thus, any claims to the contrary are null and void.

Equally null and void are all efforts by the accused to retroactively justify their crimes by forming ‘coalitions’ of opinions with other nations.

3. Power to inflict punishment over members of the US Government and citizens of the USA

Even those of the accused, who hold citizenship of the United States of America, cannot claim immunity from criminal prosecution before the International Criminal Court, just because the United States of America in contrast to 90 other countries around the world (i.e. almost half of the members of the United Nations) is not amongst the signatory states to the Rome Statute.

The accused have long been devising plans to try and evade the power to inflict punishment of the International Criminal Court. This, however, does not exempt the accused from the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, because the mere performance of the crimes involved in the acts to be judged before the ICC constitutes liability to punishment under the terms of the Statute.

It does not matter if you belong to a specific Member State, because the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over natural persons and not over States and establishes individual responsibility and liability for punishment (Article 25 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Statute).

The ICC Statutes render attempts by the US Administration to coerce smaller nations into bilateral ‘immunity pacts’ redundant.

In addition, the UN Security Council did rule that the US Government and therefore also the majority of the accused could not and should not decide themselves whether the International Criminal Court could take action against them or not.

This decision was taken for good reason: One can only imagine what would have happened if the main figures accused in the Nuremberg Trials had been allowed to choose whether they had to stand trial before the Nuremberg Tribunal.

For these reasons the accused, even if they are citizens of the United States of America, are still subject to the power to inflict punishment of the International Criminal Court.

The investigations into the individual responsibilities of the accused are to be taken up and continued by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

The accused should be convicted for the following reasons:

knowing and deliberate violation of the human right to peace;
knowing and deliberate violation of the human right to life;
knowing and deliberate violation of the human right to health.

This complaint is to be updated and completed in a system of constant development and revision until legal proceedings finally commence against the accused.

This complaint deals with the largest crimes ever committed in the course of human history. Every day that formal proceeding at the International Criminal Court against the accused are delayed, millions of people worldwide will pay with their lives and the world moves closer to the next world war. There must be no delay.

As the US Prosecutor in the Nuremberg War Tribunal against the executives of the chemical/petrochemical cartel IG Farben stated: “ If the crimes committed by the accused are not brought to the daylight and if they are not held accountable, they will do even more harm in the future.”

Raw Foodists Arrested for Trafficking Chocolate; Interrogated for "Cacao Crimes"

Through the entire episode, Ron and Nadine resisted the tactics, held their ground and continued to hold positive intentions. After the interrogation, the threats of "life in jail" and other dishonest tactics used by law enforcement to try to get them to "admit" to drug trafficking, they were finally released on bail. Their baby son was returned to them, and they went home. For the next 30 days, they were subjected to surprise visits by Children's Aid employees (the Canadian version of Child Protective Services), who were told by law enforcement authorities that Ron and Nadine were drug smugglers.

Over this 30 day period, as felony drug trafficking charges were pending against them, Ron and Nadine managed to connect with legal help. Their lawyer, Marcy Segal, was able to persuade the Crown Attorney to send the chocolate "hashish" sample to a proper lab for testing. Let's try this again

Following their being cleared by the lab tests, they were determined to return to the United States and attend the Raw Spirit Festival in Sedona Arizona. Their lawyer had contacted U.S. authorities in advance, advising them that Ron and Nadine were bringing chocolate through their security checkpoints as they crossed from Canada to the United States. "Watch out, it's chocolate!"

They were told everything was understood, and the chocolate would be allowed through. Imagine their surprise, however, when Ron and Nadine were once against arrested at the airport and accused of -- guess what? -- smuggling hashish disguised as chocolate!

In 2000, the long fought for and long admired democracy of the United States of America began a slow and steady decline toward fascism - a Bush family tradition - with the installment of a president - a man the citizens overwhelmingly rejected (although the funny math told a still believed myth) - by a few corrupt judges on the US Supreme Court. That coup is now nearly complete and checkmate is all but unavoidable.

Let me first point you to the Bush administration's so-called Wall Street bailout bill, here, so that you can see for yourself that this treachery is being conducted in the light of day. Fascism is finally and formally out of the right-wing closet even if the F word is not yet openly being used (although it should be, and often).

Now, if you do not yet understand that the Wall Street crisis is a man-made disaster done through intentional deregulation and corruption, I have a bridge in Alaska to sell to you (or Sara Palin does anyway). This manufactured crisis is now to be remedied, if the fiscal fascists get their way, with the total transfer of Congressional powers (the few that still remain) to the Executive Branch and the total transfer of public funds into corporate (via government as intermediary) hands.

Adam Davidson of NPR blogs about the so-called bailout bill as follows:

I would guess that this has to be one of the biggest peacetime transfers of power from Congress to the Administration in history. (Anyone know?). Certainly one of the most concise.

The Treasury Secretary can buy broadly defined assets, on any terms he wants, he can hire anyone he wants to do it and can appoint private sector companies as financial deputies of the US government. And he can write whatever regulation he thinks are needed.

Most importantly, Davidson points to this passage in the bill:

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

The Bush family, in the form of Prescott Bush, has tried a more aggressive coup before in order to install fascism in this country. This treasonous plot was called "the Business Plot," because the high-level plotters - including Prescott Bush - were Wall Street men who openly supported fascism.

It seems this time around, the Bush family is trying the more subtle approach to open bloodshed: first create a crisis, then under the guise of addressing that crisis, overthrow democracy. Yes, it does sound terribly conspiracy-theory-esque when explained just this way. But what else does one call a criminal conspiracy to destroy Congressional powers permanently, alter Judicial powers permanently, and steal public funds?

As I see it now, we have but two options and I have long alluded to hoping against hope that one of these options would not be the only one left to a peaceful people. The first and frankly most preferable option is for Congress to immediately begin impeachment proceedings against the members of this latest Business Plot.

No time needs to be wasted on hearings as we already now have in writing, formally as presented to Congress, the intentions of this administration to nullify Congressional powers permanently, to alter Judicial powers permanently, and to openly steal public funds using as blackmail the total collapse of the US economy if these powers are not handed over. You do see how this is blackmail, do you not? You do see how this is a manufactured crisis precisely designed to be used as blackmail, do you not?

The other option, the one I have long prayed we would never need to even consider, is a total revolution. But, If Congress won't act in its own self-defense, in the defense of democracy, in defense of us - the people who have elected them to protect us from this very danger - then what is left for us to do? I don't want to see it come down to this, but I fear that it will. Put your party politics aside right now. We are in a crisis so dangerous that should these people succeed in their coup, your party affiliation will no longer matter, your American flag will be a nice collectible item of something that once was, and your version of God will be worshiped in secrecy because your freedoms will be owned by the few.

You are no longer Republicans, Democrats, or any shade of voter. You do not live in a swing state or a solid colored state. You are simply this: an American. That is the only side that matters. So call your members of Congress and demand, no, declare that unless they do their duty to the Constitution and to us, we will move to the streets - not because we want to, but because our founding fathers demanded this duty of each and every citizen in the face of such a domestic enemy. Demand - as is your right - that this bill be voted against and demand - as is your right - that the people plotting this treachery be held to account. We are either a nation of laws or we are no longer a democracy. Pick a side, because there won't be another time, another moment, another chance to be a patriot.

You guys have to read this, the guy is near ready to call 911 and report me to the secret police for daring to suggest that I fear that there may be a revolution and want everyone to contact Congress and demand no passage of the Coup Wall Street bill (oh, and did I mention that he calls himself the Confederate Yankee?)

Enticements? I did not realize I was standing on a street- corner pulling on my fishnet stockings in hopes of starting a revolt. Now let us examine what I actually wrote - I will bold the key points:

Hmmm, sounds like a massive terrorist plot, right? Oh, and don't forget to contact your members of Congress. Seriously, is this guy taking heroin with his coffee? Which part of "I hope against hope" and "I fear" is an enticement for anything that would require me to be arrested and put in jail? Freedom of speech, a no-no in Confederate Americana. Stop by and tell this guy what you think of his hopes that I end up in prison.

UPDATE 2

Another kook joins the distortion train and swift-boat party. This one is actually now claiming that I am calling for an insurrection (wow, in a few hours they will be claiming that I armed the rebels, and charging the Bastille). And if you read the comments section of this blog, you will find yet more examples of rabid xenophobia and bigotry.

And yet even more stunning? Not a one of them can seem to find the time to react to the unlimited power the Executive Branch is demanding. Perhaps they are too busy eating their racist Obama waffles?

On a side note, please use the phrase "insurrection in bed" in every comment since the right wing requires a distraction, even an imaginary one.

I have gotten some emails where people appear confused by my use of the Caesar quote. Just to clarify, this is in reference to Bush as Caesar, not my support of Caesar. This is in reference to the massive Bush power grab buried in the bailout "coup" bill. Sorry for any confusion.;)

No blank check for Wall Street.

Dear Friends,

Congress is on the brink of making a one-sided deal to give George W. Bush a blank check to bail out his pals - offering nearly (or perhaps more than) a trillion taxpayer dollars to Wall Street to cover its bad debts. That works out to somewhere between $2000 and $5000 from every American family. So what do the taxpayers get in return?

Nothing. No new regulation or oversight to help avoid this kind of crisis in the future. No public interest givebacks to help people whose homes are in the hands of the banks. Perhaps most shockingly of all, the taxpayers get absolutely no share in the profits if and when these finance giants bounce back, even though we are now assuming a great deal of the risk.

This is worse than a bad deal - this isn't a deal at all. This is a blank check to some of the richest companies in the world.

I just signed a petition calling on key members of Congress to impose a few sensible conditions to this bailout in order to protect the American people -- I hope you will too.
